Excellent Everything

This is typically our "go to" hotel when visiting the Seattle area. We were unfortunately very underwhelmed during our stay 2 nights ago. Our room had stains on the blinds and on the floor. The toilet in our bathroom didn't look like it had been washed. There were no towels restocked for swimming pool users. We checked in to our room around midnight after a late Mariners game--if it had been earlier, we would have demanded a different room. For breakfast, 2 of the 4 juice compartments were out of order and there were absolutely no places to sit nor was there staff cleaning tables when patrons were finished eating. Very disappointed in our stay and not sure if we will return.

Stayed 3 night. All good except shower tub drained slowly, and beds weren’t made-up as mentioned on their signs. Parking should be free for guests.

The hotel requires payment for parking on property. Not sure how I missed that on the website but would have chosen differently if I had noticed. I’m used to fees in city areas not the burbs. Overall it’s a decent stay.

Clean and quiet Additional charges of $301.54 on my credit card that weren't on my final folio. I checked with the front desk clerk and she could not find that charge in the system. I am disputing with credit card company. Why do I have to audit your system?>

We had a great overnight stay at Hampton Inn. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was easy. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast with plenty of quick and convenient options. The location was also perfect—close to everything we wanted to visit. We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommended!

Pool was cloudy. Room needed repairs. We got a view of the roof so cutiains closed. The beds are very low to the ground on a platform and we did not like that at all.
