The size of the rooms, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast variety was good I was very disappointed with my experience. Firstly, regarding the payment, two different amounts were authorised. One amount included the total stay plus the incidental charge, while a separate amount was also authorised. This has left me temporarily out of pocket, as the additional amount is showing as unavailable funds and I am now having to wait for those funds to be released. This should have been handled much more clearly, and I am not happy with the inconvenience this has caused. Secondly, the customer service was appalling. When I purchased noodles, I was not offered any cutlery at the initial point of purchase, which meant I had to go all the way back downstairs to ask for a fork. When I asked whether I needed to pay for the fork, another staff member responded with a scoffing remark that came across as, “Is this for real?” That type of response was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Not every guest understands how hotel procedures work, especially when travelling internationally, as hotel policies and practices can differ from country to country. Staff should be patient, respectful and willing to assist rather than make guests feel embarrassed for simply asking a question. Overall, the handling of the payment and the attitude from some of the staff left a very disappointing impression. The only nice people I had come across were the cleaning staff, they seemed to be nice and respectful.

Overall it’s a nice hotel, good location, close to restaurants, stores, and light rail station. Breakfast was good. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. The only real issue I had was the smell of floor cleaner walking into the lobby, it was really overpowering, smelled like Fabuloso which is really strong and not a fan of. But other than that it was a great stay.

Perfect location, beautiful room.

The location is great and the breakfast is pretty decent. The random fire alarm going off multiple nights by people smoking vaping in rooms. You can't have that and a good night's rest, it was the biggest downside as we had to evacuate each time

Nice and clean room, very friendly staff. We also really liked the hot tub and the great breakfast!

I didn't care for this place

The lobby was clean and inviting and the room was okay. The bathroom has several spots of mold and the couch cushions were a mess when I arrived. The hall I was on was also very nosey well into the early morning hours.

Room was clean. Smart tv had to switched out but other than that it was decent to stay again. Breakfast is good. Would recommend stay
