We chose this location for the pool and hot tub, which were under renovations. Had very disappointed kids.

Booked from Expedia when arrived. Hotel staff told me they were overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. Nobody informed me or contacted me. Terrible experience.

Loved it and the pool was great

Rooms were clean, the bed was uncomfortable being very hard. The pool unfortunately didn’t open up until 10 am, but it was a great temperature, not freezing at all. It had a lot of bugs so luckily I had my hand held pool skimmer. The hot tub water made my skin itch, so I didn’t stay long in there. Hotel is close to everything, There’s a park across the street and some food places in walking distance. Parking is extremely limited and if you leave for even 30 minutes, your spot will be taken. Over all it is a nice place and I’ll definitely be returning again next summer to beat the heat!

Breakfast was not very appealing and the hours of service were not very convenient. The carpet in our room was dirty and there were tarps on the windows so you couldn’t see out. Kinda noisy. Should not be changing high rates for that service.

I am very angry because I paid for the hotel specifically to enjoy the pool with my children, only to find out it was closed. I always book a hotel with a pool, but it turned out there wasn't one available, and I haven't received a refund.

Hotel was it’s OK. My room was not very clean and also that I can see. They didn’t change the pillowcase and on the desk and the counter top of the Tv. It was dirty had some stain and mark on there but now I’m going to recommend anybody to stay there.

I was assigned a room and when I got into it the tv was on and there was hair on the pillows. But that was not the biggest issue there was a pair of dirty women’s panties on the floor by the AC unit. That made me really grossed out. It didn’t seem like the room was cleaned at all. The bed was made up but as for the hair on the pillows didn’t seem that the bedding was changed. Or even cleaned for that matter properly.

The only struggle was parking everything else was perfect!

We were traveling with our bulldog and they accept pets! I was concerned since my previous experience their bar was closed and I was hoping to get some food there. Turns out it was a licensing issue which got fixed. So, this time it was open!!! The food and drinks were great!! We got the pretzel which was as big as the plate! We had never seen that big of a pretzel before. The staff was extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Even our dog would give them a 5 paw rating!
