Best Western Plus Fenton

Our room flooded and was told I could come downstairs and get a mop. Wow! They didn't offer to move us, change sheets discount off or anything just a oh well and here is a mop and bucket. Great job Best Western.

Everything was great except for an issue with the handicapped bathroom

We stayed for a tournament and it was great!

Room was clean but air conditioner extremely loud especially when trying to sleep. Updated room not quite finished with painting so looked sloppy. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Room was not great, and in clogged and there was hair a lot in the tub. Bed sheets were awful!!

They were very accommodating! The second shift night girl they are lucky to have her she is super sweet and helpful busy always cleaning restocking she does a great job!! Free ice cream was a nice surprise! Breakfast was good. One of the best places we have stayed at and we will again for sure! I think price was a little high

1 night stay all clean and nice.

We stay at this hotel atleast once a month for the pool and it's honestly the cleanest and have awesome employees around here in fenton. Never have a problem. Well I guess there was soccer tournaments and what ever else was going on. So the hotel was the most busiest I've saw it since we've been coming to it. Which it's been like 6 months or more we've been coming to this hotel. Well my kid's have special needs and they save up their hard earned money to be able to stay there. They love to swim. Well with there being so many people their and the pool having people in it they didn't want to swim cause there was too many in the pool. The pool is very small also. I think that it needs a bigger pool but that's my opinion. So my kids waited for most people to leave the pool before they'd go swim. It just was sad cause they had waited for this day and saved and didn't enjoy it has much as they have all their prior stays. Also they had their dad with them cause they wanted to do this with him for Father's Day. Oh and they also said they miss the nacho bar!

We are being charged for this room even though we could not stay there. They are listed as a pet friendly hotel but they are not!!!!!! Luckily the receptionist at the desk was nice enough to direct us to another property, We were able to get a room there but the place was not the same quality as the original hotel.

We tried to use the pool at night. The water temperature was quite chilly but the water was also pretty murky. We chose not to use it.

I would definitely come back again. Breakfast was good, cleanliness of property was on point. The only issue i had was the shower drain was clogged but was not a huge issue. Staff were great to accommodate issues and were very pleasant.

The property was clean, the guy who works overnight was the kindest person. We had the whole time we were there. We had all gotten stuck on an elevator and had been told by multiple employees that it was due to being overloaded, which was not the case we had them get us the report from the office and it said it held 2100 pounds and altogether there was less than 1300 pounds on there with everyone on there which makes no sense at all! I’m pregnant and had to be taken to a hospital missed an event that we had paid for and then had to climb upstairs because the elevator was out of use for the rest of the week as well as finally getting our room, switched to the downstairs, but still had to climb all the way up to bring all of my things down also had to climb out on a ladder from a hole in the elevator 27 weeks pregnant, not including the back and shoulder pain and some staff even asked why I needed to go to the hospital… I’m pregnant. My doctor told me I needed to be seen because we could not fill the baby kick for over 12 hours or move when the elevator had dropped and got stuck it jerked extremely hard, caused back issues to two other people on the elevator, not including our heart rate rates which is listed on our Apple Watch for the exact timeframe that we were on there
