1. Peeling wallpaper in room 205 that had been “patched”. Light reflections made it appeared smudged when they attempted to patch it up. 2. Defective clock - showed wrong time and could not be set 3. Stains in carpet. 4. No nightstand on outsides of the two beds. Everyone needs a nightstand for CPAP machines and phone chargers 5. Only saw 1 luggage cart during our stay. So we waited for it to be available when checking out. 6. Elevator was not in typical place so we wandered up and down 1st floor searching while pushing a luggage rack. Attendant didn’t tell us where it was when checking in. She could clearly see us looking, if she had looked up. 7. Guest internet was INCREDIBLY slow. I measured with Speedtest a download speed of about 3 Megabit/sec speed, so my two bar 5G cellular was Much faster. So, several little things added up to a so-so experience. - positives: room was quiet, breakfast was good.

Each and every staff member was beyond helpful and very nice. The room was clean and bed was comfortable with big fluffy pillows. The breakfast was amazing with many choices. The location was perfect for us. We will be staying at this property again when visiting Fenton.

The staff was friendly. Room was clean. It was a bit more run down and dated than I had expected for the price, but the overall experience was good. The pool looked clean & the breakfast was good. I really appreciated the freshly ground coffee.

Very nice price for the weekend on 2 rooms. My kids loved it. And the breakfast was pretty good as well. Nice and friendly staff.

When I arrived and check into this hotel the room has an extremely bad mold odor. I asked to change rooms and the front desk staff told me there were no other rooms available.

Bottles of water in the room, great. Small bottle of dishwashing liquid by the bar sink, also appreciated.

I was a single female traveler - i felt safe at this hotel. The property is monitored by multiple cameras inside and outside. I would let the staff know about what time i would arrive back to the property each evening - the one evening the front parking lot was full so I had to use the back lot and came through the side door - the front desk clerk texted me to make sure I had got to my room safely. The hotel and room were clean and maintained, the staff friendly and courteous and fast to help with any issues that arose. i would stay at this hotel again
