Enjoyed my stay.

The room stunk like sweat or onions the fridge was unplugged the toilet took 3 times to flush I asked the staff and front desk to do something about the smell in there neither did nothing that was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in St Louis I will not return at all.

All was good but I was in a non smoking room, but previous people must have smoked in there. As a family that doesn't smoke, it was a nasty smell.

The pool experience was uncomfortable. The staff member doing rounds around the pool area was very rude and slammed the pool door very hard while we were still inside. Her attitude was not friendly or professional.

Cleaning crews did not touch the room over a 4 day span though. Shower didn’t drain well. No replacement towels were brought since no cleaning crews came. You can tell the hotel allowed smoking at some point, there was a constant stench. Unworn clothes from the trip smell terrible because of this. Checked the breakfast twice and no hot food was available. Maybe they’d ran out at that moment but I’m not sure they had it at all. Wrapped up review: front desk staff is the main reason it got 3 stars opposed to 2. Wouldn’t stay here again due primarily to the smell, and shower puddles. It was cheap and I appreciate the level of service rendered at that price point. Price is another reason it got 3 instead of 2 stars.

The rooms were dark and musty smelling. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was dated. Breakfast ok, no coffee second day as they ran out (unacceptable) and the pancake machine was broken both days we were there. Not Wyndham quality. They NEED to have a designating smoking area AWAY from the side entrance door as we had to walk through cigarette smoke every time we left and entered the building and the hallways had a heavy cigarette smell. Disappointed

The whole building smells like cigarettes. It was overwhelming and gave my wife a headache all night. The bathtub was not cleaned well and noticed hair in the tub and floor. Everything felt so gross. Guest were also smoking marijuana in the back of the built. This hotel seemed to attract uninvited visitors and I did not feel comfortable around. Will not be returning

Had a great stay, though it was just one night. Since I'm relocating to the Fenton area, I likely won't have another opportunity to stay here, but I'll certainly recommend it to anyone coming to visit

They say non smoking but it’s a smoke the rooms smell terrible

My bathroom flooded. Water pouring out of the light fixture, a dangerous situation. They could not move me because they were full, no solution was offered. It was the middle of the night so I had to stay in the same room. The next day still no solutions, I was there for business and was away from the hotel for bout 15 hours each day. 2 more days go by still no solutions before leaving. No one came and cleaned up the bathroom. They just offered more excuses. When I left I asked Shada to refund the 3 days and she said she would talk to the manager. I have received no refund, no communication and no apology. This stands out as the most unprofessional treatment I have received at a hotel in the last 40 years of business travel.

. Booked to attend childrens soccer game but there was weed smoking in and outside premises. Unflushed toilets. Room not cleaned.
