Drury Inn & Suites Southwest St. Louis

I was traveling with my two sisters for our first “sister’s trip “in a long time so with her help it was off to a great start. We enjoyed the 5:30 Kick Back and dinner, but the night they served baked potatoes ,they were under cooked and hard. People were putting them in the trash and so did we. Breakfast was good but, a couple of mornings the biscuits and potatoes were cold and hard. At least we had other options. Those were minor things and would not keep me from staying there again.

Clean, spacious and modern

This hotel is well suited to travellers who do not mind staying in an ordinary run of the mill hotel. With the exception of Carranda at the front desk it was in every way bland. Carranda was a real delight! The breakfast buffet was mostly made up of ultraprocessed foods, thank goodness there was real fruit and boiled eggs.

Free dinner food! Free drink coupons! Great room!!

Beds are very comfortable.

It was very clean. I loved the big shower. Beds were clean.

Staff were kind and breakfast was great! The hotel itself is older and there were areas in the common areas that were not as clean as our room itself.

Drury was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable, Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, meals were delicious. I would stay here again!

Had to make a quick trip into town and picked the Drury Inn and Suites because we liked it last time....when I checked in I was surprised to be upgraded to a suite. Very Nice! Will book again!

The check in and check was great. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

It was a very nice stay and I would stay again! The whole hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Bed was decently comfortable. Breakfast and kickback hour was very delicious and generous, lots of mixed drinks and food included in your stay. Hot tub and pool were nice and clean. Location was nice being close to Six Flags and Castlewood Park. My only complaints were that the ac in my room on the 7th floor took 24 hours to cool down to low 70s and there was not exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall fantastic experience! Thank you to the kind staff!

Room smelled like mold. Myself and companion left the hotel after requesting a refund. No refund was given. Ended up at the hospital with an emergency allergic reaction: they should refund based on the condition of their facility. I wouldn’t suggest staying there unless they really make some upgrades/updates. Cleaning is not a priority and neither is controlling mold. I am still waiting for a call back for a refund from the hotel. This is the worst place ever.
