Spark by Hilton St. Louis Southwest

the room was really clean. the breakfast service was sub par. coffee was cold and it looked like the trash had been in the cans since previous meal. tables and area was dirty.

Room was very clean, hotel is convenient to major highway. Spark labeled hotel is more casual / basic than it was when it was a Hampton Inn. Staff was friendly, places to eat within walking distance.

Updated Hotel, very clean and great location.

I had written a review of the night I checked in because I was given a king size room versus the two queens that I had reserved. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor. Just tiny little things that probably constitute first world problems.

Close to highway and great location The staff seemed to be unfriendly. It was as if they were upset that I had booked through a separate vendor.

Various ice machines not working Breakfast was non existent

Pillows were pitifully small. Mattress was bad. Only 1 outlet on one side of bed. Exercise room was a shoebox. This place reallyvwent downhill.

It was horrible the breakfast was horrible and people at the front desk were not friendly and elevator broke down for a day and the place was not very inviting wont be staying there again

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Given the winter storm experienced in Missouri, the location proved particularly convenient due to nearby amenities such as gasoline stations and restaurants. I will definitely stay there again. N/A

Did not use. Very noisy, with traffic noise, air conditioner noise and kids running up and down the hall, talking very loud, laughing and slamming doors- both evening and very early morning. Did not at all like the new decor. It is very minimalistic, cold and uncomfortable. And what is with the new name, Spark!

The road noise from the interstate highway was bad. I have stayed at this hotel before when it was branded as Hampton Inn. I do not remember this before.

It was a decent stay. My room was clean, but my bathroom had strands of hair on the floor. The air conditioner in the hallway was on, which made my room cold. The continental breakfast had great options.

The room was nice. Breakfast ok. Handicapped room was farthest from elevator 😞 and needed a Gideon Bible in the room.

Then was told no hot breakfast. Continental was not very good old tasting bagels and much options wife couldn't eat anything Just not what it was sold as.

Staff was courteous and engaging. Clean and quiet
