We stayed for one night while traveling home after visiting family, and we had a great experience. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day. The location was also convenient for our travel needs. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again the next time we're in the area.

This hotel provided everything we needed for a weekend trip. Breakfast was the same both Saturday and Sunday. Only real issues were the pool (children far too young were being left unsupervised, and were acting inappropriately and dangerously), we had to get our own towels/washrags as well as empty our own trash in the hallway garbage can. But for the price, we'd stay here again.

The lady ahead of me that was checking out they offered her extra points due to the swimming pool being closed. I was just behind her since we arrive before check in and was going to be charged $30 for the 2 hours prior to check in. Fair enough. We went to eat. When we returned the lady did not offer me points on my program. We left the property at 4 am the gentleman just took my card. No Thank you for stay with us just a very sleepy looking fella walking around in the lobby. Really don't know if he was an employee or guest of the hotel

The a/c unit in the room wouldn’t get to my desired temperature so I was a little hot while sleeping. The breakfast wasn’t great
-
No hot tub, clunky building, staff was not friendly, and many things were broken in the room (curtain, light, and mini fridge). Overall definitely do not think it is a 3 star hotel. The only plus was their hot breakfast in the morning.

Good place to stay, workers very nice!

Hotel was great! We had a King Bed Suite and it was very spacious, clean and quiet. Used the pool and hot tub. Breakfast has many choices. Great location too. Right off the freeway and easy to get around.

The managers evening reception doesn’t exist. Expedia needs to update this. But for what we needed was a good choice still.
-
The hotel is overall clean the staff is nice but we got there an hour after check-in and we had to wait another hour before they finally got our room ready.

Very nice staff

When we enter the room I found belongings left in the room from the previous customer. We had no shower curtain. The hot tub was broken the beds where rock hard. I hate to leave this review because we have stayed here a few times and back then it was great. We probably wont be going back here

Breakfast was good. Maintenance man helped when front staff was missing. We appreciated this.

When we arrived, the toilet was clogged and we had to request maintenance. Our room only had two towels, even though there were more people in our party. After asking for additional towels, we were only able to get one more. The room was also missing several standard amenities, including bar soap, tissues, and some of the usual complimentary items you would expect. Overall, the cleanliness was excellent, but better attention to stocking the room and making sure everything is in working order before guests arrive would have made for a much better experience.

Facilities were clean and reasonably well maintained. Breakfast was perhaps one of the better hotel breakfasts we've had. The automatic pancake machine was a big hit. Press button, get fresh pancakes. The staff was, for the most part, helpful and accommodating. There were initially some issues finding our reservation, but we were checking in late (11:30) and there were some clerical issues.

The pool was broken, and that’s one reason why I chose this hotel. The man at the front desk made us pay for an extra room, when we arrived. Mind you we already had two rooms reserved, and the hotel hasn’t contacted me yet for my refund on the room we didn’t even need. The man at the front desk also was very nervous and I don’t know why.

I booked this hotel for a birthday staycation and had a great time. The hot tub was a God send. There is one pool that is half inside and half outside. The water was pretty cold so I didn't get past putting my feet in. I was able to use it several times. Breakfast Friday was great. Saturday there was a much bigger crowd. I didn't like how they roped off the breakfast area and had to come around the front desk to get to breakfast on the weekends. Friday i walked from the hallway into the breakfast area easily. I liked that there was biscuits, gravy, eggs and sausage for breakfast, a true hot breakfast. Saturday there was not enough coming out fast enough to feed the crowd. Weekends at breakfast are far more chaotic than week days. But I enjoyed the stay and would go back.

The room was dirty: Long, dark hairs on the bathroom floor; the fitted sheet on the sofa bed was soiled. The 2nd day, housekeeping left no linens whatsoever for the sofa bed. It was a fight to get even the basics--sheets and pillowcases. No replacement blanket or mattress pad was provided. The mattress pad is important b/c the mattress on the sofa bed was stained and gross. The 3rd day, I asked the front desk clerk to make sure clean linens were left for the sofa bed including a blanket and mattress pad. When we returned that evening, I discovered there was no mattress pad. Remember the stained and gross mattress. Staff was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. Any requests were treated as a bother to them, and they could not believe we were unhappy with a dirty room, soiled sheets, no sheets, stained and gross mattress with no mattress pad. When I expressed frustration and anger at their indifference, they ended the call. When they were rude and dismissive from the beginning of the call, I had no recourse. I contacted Wyndham customer service only to be told, "This property is independently owned and operated under a franchise, and its management is responsible for meeting Trademark by Wyndham standards." In other words, they are not going to do anything to address the problems we had. I would not recommend this flop house to anyone for any reason.

Staff at check in was very friendly, although they only activated our key card for one night instead of two. Then had to wait in line to get back into our room.
-
we have been twice and our son loves loves loves the pool...the whole indoor outdoor thing was a winner for him
-
Clean room but not enough staff in the front desk especially during check in time.
