Breakfast and pool

Terrible experience, won't be back. Do not recommend,

Check-in was a 10/10 they were very nice even aloud us to check-in early.walked us through everything from the start of breakfast to where we should park, my family and I really enjoyed our stay and we will book again 🤗

Room was clean. Front desk friendly service

Breakfast was solid. Pancake maker was the bomb.

Room was convenient for taking the dog out.

The pool was nasty. Overly chlorinated. Burned eyes. Nasty things floating in the pool.

Place was clean and rooms were good. Not fancy, but just a solid place to stay. There were a number of kids staying there with teams or families, but they were surprisingly good and did not stay up late. Nice breakfast. Good location for what I needed for my stay. Just off the highway 44. Indoor Jacuzzi was nice.

The staff was welcoming during check in and efficient during check out. The breakfast was a nice addition with the fresh fruit and other options. The hot tub was nice after a day of walking and the pool was refreshing. The rooms were good size and clean. Decent location right of I-55. I traveled with my 83 year old mother and my husband; we would definitely stay here again.

The floors in our room weren't thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. When we entered upon arrival there was no soap in the bathroom. There were also contacts on the floor under the bathroom sink/counter. In the main portion of our room, I found a cookie on the floor by the bed and chips under the desk.

Room air conditioning was good. Breakfast selection was average. If planning for multi night stay, request daily room cleaning in advance, else expect no cleaning on a daily basis, as was the case with us. The bathroom had broken/ empty dispensers for soap and hair conditioner. Some of the front desk staff were not welcoming and had to call multiple times to get the room cleaned. Apparently the hotel was out of liquid for the empty dispensers which makes no sense. Wanted to extend check out time by one hour, after a three night stay, for which the hotel wanted an extra $30, rather than making it complimentary. Will never consider staying at the hotel again.

They had a full breakfast

In the one room the bath tub was full of water when told the room was ready. Another room had yellow spots all over the ceiling. The place served its purpose as a place to stay, but for the money you can stay at a more clean professionally run establishment.

Overall the staff was great. We did ask some staff we saw for towels since the pool area had none. The EVS asked a staff member we could not see who mumbled something we could not hear, she replied to them “she’s standing right there” to which I heard from unseen person a very loud annoyed sigh. That was the only rude person. The ladies at the counter were great as well as the man who maintained the breakfast.

My brother who is in a wheelchair could not get into the bathroom while in his wheelchair, very narrow door.

Overall, nice stay. Just minor inconveniences.
