Prostitutes in front of the buildings and they gave a room that had a guest in it already.

Good location, just not clean. The floors were sticky, cobwebs in the window, hair in the shower. A weird smell the first night we got there. NO extra blankets when I asked the front desk. My feet had weird bumps on them that have since cleared up wince being home. We were not in our room much, but if we had been I would have rebooked somewhere else. The staff was nice, but the cleaning lady should probably be fired lol

Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water

The door was coming off the room that we were provided and the toilet was also leaking. My wife advised the staff and they replied, "oh yeah." I shared the same thing the next morning at check out and they said they attempted to contact us to let us know there were no suites available. I didn't received and email nor at call/text. I asked why we were advised at check in and she said they were trying to accommodate us. I would rather have cancelled the reservation and left to find another hotel. This place was terrible!

Only had hot water one time during my stay. Fridge did not work and ruined all my food. Front desk was zero help whenever I tried to get the fridge fixed or get the hot water working. I spent 45 minutes in the lobby trying to check into a room that I had already paid for. Hotel attendant was nowhere to be found

ON THE GOOGLE PICTURES THE HOTEL SEEMED NICE AND SUITABLE FOR MY FAMILY OF 5. BUT ONCE WE GOT IN I REGRET IT. 1. ROACHES... WE BROUGHT 2 PIZZAS FROM DOMINOS TO EAT. AND WHEN WE WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING. THERE WAS A SMALL COCK ROACH INSIDE MY PIZZA BOX. AFTER INSPECTING THE ROOM FOR EVIDENCE OF ROACHES. THERE IS COCKROACH MEDICINE/POISION INSIDE THE CABINETS. THE LIGHT FIXTURES ALSO HAD DEAD SMALL BUGS AND ROACHES INSIDE THE FIXTURE. (SEE PICTURES I POSTED.) 2. MOLD... THERE WAS HEAVY MOLD GROWTH ON THE SUPPLY VENT IN BEDROOM AND WATER DAMAGE MARKS ON THE SUPPLY VENT IN LIVING ROOM MEANING MY FAMILY WAS BREATHING THIS NASTY MOLD ALL NIGHT. (SEE PICTURES I POSTED.) 3. THEY CHARGED ME 2 TIMES... THEY ENDED UP CHARGING ME 2X. WHICH I DIDNT FIND OUT TILL THE NEXT DAY. SINCE I BOOKED THIS HOTEL THROUGH BOOKING.COM BOOKING TOLD ME I WOULD PAY AT THE PROPERTY. BUT WHEN I CAME TO THE PROPERTY AND THE FRONT DEST LADY TOLD ME SHE COULDNT SEE A RESERVATION. SO SHE TOLD ME JUST TO PAY AS A WALK IN AND SHE WOULD CANCEL ANY INCOMING RESERVATIONS. WHICH SHE PROBABLY WANTED WHAT WAS EASIER FOR HER. 4. MAIN ROOM DOORS KICKED IN... THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR TO THE BEDROOM SUITE, HAD EVIDENCE OF IT BEING KICKED IN AT ONE POINT. IT WAS PUT TOGETHER SLOPPY AND GHETTO. THIS IS A HUGE SAFETY RISK WHILE SLEEPING. BY LOOKING AT THE REST OF THE INSIDE DOORS. YOU CAN SEE THEY ALSO HAVE BEEN KNOCKED OUT OF PLACE. (SEE PICTURES I POSTED.) 5. NAILS... THERE ARE SMALL FINISH NAILS STICKING OUT OF THE DOOR JAMB AREA.

Staff were friendly and professional. The grounds outside the building were clean and well managed. The inside of the hotel was clean and my room was very clean and stocked with towels and soap. The only two negatives was the breakfast was not what I expected. There was only options for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins, and granola bars. I would have liked to had orange juice and egg options. The last negative was there was smell to my room that was very noticeable. Not sure where it was coming from, but it wasn’t good. Not unbearable, but unpleasant. Other than that I had a good, comfortable stay.

Overall I give a 95 out of a 100. Only thing that's bad was the breakfast. When it says free breakfast its not like other hotels. It's a grab n go. Muffins, coffeemaker fruit. So the free breakfast sux, but the overall was great
