The rooms were clean and well organized. Did not care much for the breakfast. I didn't use the pool or exercise area.

Everything was great!

Staff friendly and room was convenient

Room had very poor shower pressure. Bed sheets on the pullout couch did not appear to be clean.

Quality stay near all shopping centers

We traveled and arrived at 10 pm. Had to wait at an unmanned front desk for 15 minutes before someone came to check in. In the morning at 6:30am we were awoken by about 8 different dogs barking for a solid hour. Not necessarily a hotel problem but it was irritating.

The beach is awesome, you can drive up to the beach and tailgate if you like, there's a gate for vehicles to enter the beach and pedestrians have access to via the boardwalk. The beach was so clean and peaceful

Great hotel with an amazing staff. We were only taken aback by how many animals were at the hotel. It is pet friendly so that was our mistake. The staff was super nice, helpful, and created an atmosphere for us to enjoy every moment.

Warm friendly staff, solid breakfast offerings with decent coffee. Room was large with full size fridge, handy for us travelers. Great location, 10 min walk to beach. Will stay here again when visiting Fernandina Beach or Amelia Island.

Offering suggestions to help us locate restaurants and trails etc Staff was polite and extra helpful and very competent in every department Food was very nice for breakfast each day Rooms were comfy and nice to have the kitchen We are planning another stay there already

Convenience of the location

Our stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful especially Theresa. She was a welcoming face after a long drive. Our suite was huge and had everything we need .

The room smelled badly. Breakfast was a joke. I don’t know where they get the food but it looks plastic and it’s tasteless.
