Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites

A clean comfy place to land for 2 weary travelers. Very quiet with great beds. The breakfast buffet was so much more welcome than a traditional continental breakfast

Nothing except Location I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites. When I entered the hotel, I was immediately shocked by the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. There was a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the reception area, which was extremely unpleasant. I had specifically chosen this hotel because the property was advertised as smoke-free. I immediately spoke with the manager and explained the situation. Unfortunately, the response was very casual—he simply said that some people smoke outside. However, the smell was clearly noticeable inside the hotel, and it was so strong that both my children and I felt nauseous and were close to vomiting. I have booked the hotel for three nights, but given the condition and strong odor, I do not feel comfortable staying here with my family. I would like to request that my reservation be cancelled after tonight and that I receive a refund for the remaining two nights (September 27–29). I would prefer to stay elsewhere and will make arrangements for another hotel. Please treat this as an urgent request and confirm the cancellation and refund as soon as possible.

4 people to a room - all three rooms with only 2 towels - no bedding for pull out sofa - not to mention when I was in the lobby later - others were asking for towels / bedding etc - front staff friendly but had to step away to get address shortages in the rooms -throughput should be a reviewed and an addition not such a linear process with check-in

The rooms were amazing, huge spacious and clean.

We were very happy with our accommodations. Staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. Decent breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if I need to go to that area.

Check in and out we're so easy. The staff was ever kind and courteous. The dancing and singing lady at breakfast was fun, up building and very friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. We had to go down to the front desk to get linen for the pull out couch.

It was so nice it would have been perfect but the TV didn't work. That was the first time o experienced that before. It would have been a perfect stay except for that. No tv is crazy

I had no issues with this hotel…. But what I had a problem with was the booking at the Studio 6 Extended Stay Fishkill Route 9. Upon arriving at the Studio 6 Extended Stay…. I was informed that they were over booked…. And I asked why I had not been advised of the cancellation…. I was told that it was the 3rd party’s responsibility…. Then I called Expedia; and I was received graciously by the staff…. I was taken care of; but it took almost 2 hours to confirm me another hotel…. I had travelled 5 hours and I was totally exhausted…. The Expedia staff did their job; but it just took much too long in my estimation…. Please; in the future, advise me when there are changes to my Itinerary…. I had family with me and we were all exhausted…!!!

Friendly staff, clean room, wonderful amenities, safe area

Clean and comfortable. Felt more like a townhouse than a hotel room. Great breakfast, nice fitness room. We didn’t use any outdoor facilities due to time restraints and weather but beautiful patio areas with grills and pool. Check-in was super fast and easy. Our kitchen was poorly stocked. We had 5 people and only had two glasses, one coffee mug. Three forks, etc…no dishwasher soap and no dish soap to clean anything, upstairs bathroom had no hand soap. Went to front desk and they gave us some stuff and were very accommodating and I appreciated that.
