Hilton Garden Inn Fishkill

Construction was occurring on the property which we were not previously aware of. So not all areas were accessible. It was a holiday weekend and only one person at the front desk with a long check-in line. The clerk did the best he could. However, the key didn’t work for our assigned room. Back down to the front desk, wait on the long line. The key was reactivated and we returned to the room to find it was already occupied by another guest! Guess that’s why our key didn’t initially work. Back downstairs, waited on line again for our turn. The clerk said no one was supposed to be in that room and that he was trying to figure it out. I asked that he try to figure it out later and just assign us to another room. So he did. Entered that room and the AC was hardly working and the room was musty and humid. We turned the AC to as cold as possible and went to a friend’s room for a couple of hours. When we returned the AC was working well. If it wasn’t for the fact that it was getting late in the evening, I was tired, had a headache & we were in an area that just experienced a heavy storm. We were only there because of a carbon monoxide issue at our house, or I would have left. Unfortunately, I am never going back to that hotel and will never recommend it to others.

Lots of parking; close shopping and restaurants, beds were comfortable and ac was quiet and easily controlled.

The handicap room was very nice. Plenty of space. The bars in the tub were very handy. Breakfast was great towels were large and comfy.

Aside from an empty shower gel and issue with the hair dryer the staff was friendly and quick about responding. Issues are going to happen but how they responded was great.

Extra fees put a damper on my enjoyment.

It was truly one of the worst hotel experiences, it felt like a motel 6.

I have stayed here many times during visits to West Point Military Academy. Very nice hotel. Across the street from the Red Line Diner, the best diner in a fifty-mile radius!

Breakfast is not included but they have a decent menu and the egg and cheese sandwiches we got were quite tasty. Staff was friendly and attentive. Chargers for Electric vehicles are on site.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was easy to access. Hotel was conveniently around lots of meal options. Was a great stay!

Said full breakfast was available. Small buffet with paper plates and plastic silverware. Had to ask for milk and ketchup and napkins. No towels were in room. Not impressed.

There was a cable outage and we were not notified. We had to find out on our own and check with the front desk. We were not informed or notified in any way!

Very Nice property! Clean and Comfortable!

The hot tub was not working. The pool was not clean so we didn’t use it. The breakfast was ok but not great.
