The room is large and clean. It’s at a quiet location. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint with the hotel, is the food could be better. Breakfast wasn't great and the food in the bar wasn't good.

Everything was really beautiful from the time that I checked in everyone was very pleasant and very outgoing and very helpful I'm so thankful for everyone at this location you guys did an amazing job and accommodating me and giving me the best room possible to make my stay a very memorable one... I really love the cookies and you guys have to tell me what coffee is that that you guys put out in the morning that coffee is really really good at some of the best coffee I ever had in my life if you guys can please tell me which one it was where I could find that I would really appreciate it you guys are really awesome and I'm looking very forward to staying there and also booking future reservations there as well I pray you guys have an amazing day may the Lord bless you in Jesus name amen and amen🙏❤️🫂

The staff was amazing and friendly Nothing

The location worked for us. The property definitely needs maintenance. The carpet was worn. The bathroom door in our room did not close. The blackout curtains did not meet and sunlight streamed into the room.

My refrigerator woke us up making loud noises. It sounded like someone doing construction next door. Upon searching, we realized it was the fridge. We unplugged it after trying different solutions and that's the only thing that worked. Problem: we had food in the fridge. I called at 2am to the front desk and their only resolution was to either move us to another room or bring our food downstairs to the lobby fridge. No partial refund, no discount on your next stay, not even a hey...it's 2AM and I want to offer you a late checkout. Wasn't pleased with that, but everything else was fine.

Spacious, clean, friendly staff That I had to leave

Suite room was very clean, comfortable and large spacious area with sofa and even a working desk. Kitchen is a plus and stocked with major utensils that can be used when needed. Breakfast offers variety of food choices. Check in and check out is lightning fast. Very well recommended hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and entire hotel as well. We brought our small kids to use the pool for a day and the pool was clean and empty. Gym was nice and clean as well.

Staff was very courteous & helpful… room was spacious & very clean. Complementary breakfast was yummy & plentiful. Highly recommend.

Front desk staff exhibited exceptional customer service at all times. Continental breakfast had something for everyone in our family of 8, exceeded expectations. The pool, gym, and laundry also exceeded expectations. All staff were courteous, friendly, and very professional. We traveled as a 4 generation family with everyone from age 9 to 83 expressing their approval and appreciation for the facility. No complaints.

All was excellent. Gingerbread houses display in lobby plus beautiful Christmas tree and gas fireplace were so lovely.

Lisa, the manager at the reception desk, recognized me after a year or more had passed since my last stay. She greeted me in such a nice way that made me feel welcome! She was helpful when i checked out on a day that was cold and mixed precipitation and also obtaining a luggage cart. Excellent hotel.
