Staff was extremely helpful.

Great stay. Would stay again and recommend.

There was a female women at the front desk made the check in simple and fast, and was very pleasant, clean rooms and public areas. Now the bad.......the elevator kept breaking down, we were on the fourth floor, I had surgery and with 4 kids and our luggage this was not a good. It could have been shared on check in that the elevators were going in and out of service.

During our 2 night stays we face Elevator Problem also House cleaning never showed up to picked up Trash from the bathroom or from the bedroom otherwise all good

It was a pleasant surprise from the other hotels we’ve stayed at during this road trip. The room was clean. Shower was nice and hot. Pool and hot tub worked! Breakfast was awesome and tasty!! Healthy and regular alternatives. Well worth it!

Elevators were broken. I’m on disability they wanted to put me on the third floor. I told him I cannot walk up to the third floor. They didn’t offer any assistance with packages or bags or suitcases. They did eventually put me on the second floor, but then they didn’t wanna change the room for the room that I paid for they reluctantly did that the staff were horrible and very disrespectful. No one offered to carry luggage like I said, even though the elevator was broken down, I feel like they should’ve had extra staff there to help people with their luggage cause I wasn’t the only elderly or disabled person there I was promised a room on the first floor, which I never got. I was in pain for almost a whole week after my trip, so the trip wasn’t even worth going on it for relaxation because I was in pain for a whole week from carrying my bags up and down the stair The property was OK somehow housekeepers stole my my precious gems that I kept on the windowsill because it was a full moon. They said that they didn’t steal them. They threw them in the garbage well then why didn’t they go? Look to see if they were in there they didn’t give me any accommodation for that either and the staff were rude. Very rude.

When we arrived, I asked about the pool and was told by the clerk Nick (who also claimed to be the manager) that the pool was closed for maintenance, even though it was during open pool hours. We then asked for a discount because we should have been informed about this prior to our booking. After all, the rate includes all the amenities., Nick told us he could not give a discount and then he suggested that he cancel our reservation. We asked him to give us a few minutes to discuss it among ourselves. When we had made a decision, he told us that he went ahead and canceled our reservation. He did this without our approval and we were upset about that. When we insisted he give us a room, he refused. It was clear he did not want to deal with us. We ended up having to leave there and check into another nearby hotel. Then, a couple days later we noticed that they had to nerve to charge our credit card for the stay that never was. We subsequently filed a complaint with IHG and a dispute with our credit card company. This was the worst hotel experience we ever had. Please do not stay at this hotel.

Nick at the front desk was amazing. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and the hot tub were great. We will definitely be back again. Thank you so much Holiday Inn in Fishkill Everything was amazing
-
The hot tub didn’t work at all wouldn’t get hot and the breakfast was absolutely disgusting and the manager kept turning the elevator off because it was “being used to much” and the outlets in the bathroom were so loose no plug would stay in

The staff was amazing, very helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The pool was a bit chilly and the hot tub was like warm at best, but clean.

Additionally, part of the reason why we picked this hotel was the pool & jacuzzi; unfortunately, the pool was freezing cold (like “cold plunge” cold, could barely even stand with just our feet on the top step because it was so cold) & the jacuzzi was cold too. The continental breakfast was okay, it was very picked over which is to be expected. It wasn’t too bad to stay for one night, but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Consistent clean, good breakfast.

The bathroom was so small I had to squeeze in next to the toilet to open the door to get in/out. Carpet in the room felt gross under my feet. Both outlets in bathroom didn’t work. Bed was sub standard, not plush at all, it was loud like it would pop when you got in. Pillows were flat. Breakfast was exactly what I would expect of a free breakfast, edible and nothing more. I used to like and look for holiday inn express but I think I will try to find another option

Breakfast was pretty good. Tv was govenered on volume so we could hardly hear the broadcast. Desk clerk tried to override volume setting but wasn’t able to make a diffrence. Parant control!

Nice and clean, saved me from a few bad hotles in the area

We had a room with 2 queen beds on the fourth floor. It was spacious but the bath was cramped with little room between the door and vanity. The shower was great though. However the stay ended on a sour note when we discovered the elevator was not working. We didn’t get a text from management nor was there even a sign by the elevator. We just figured it out when the elevator never came. Husband trekked down four flights with several of our bags to get breakfast and confirm the elevator was indeed out. He learned the elevator stopped working two days prior to our stay but “it was fixed’. 🙄 Since I am 16 weeks post op from total knee replacement, I stayed in the room until we were ready to leave; then slowly worked my way down the four flights of stairs.. We got a weak apology but no offer of compensation. We won’t risk staying there again.

First room they gave me smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to go back to the desk with my luggage and asked to be moved to another room. Can’t understand why the staff didn’t know that this room was a smoking room, which is unusual or a hotel.

The breakfast wasn’t that great it good have been better I didn’t enjoy it
