No coffee no shampoo just a bar of soap in the room. No ice no service. Never staying there again

Was not able to check in as they were overbooked and did not have a room available for me to stay in. Confirmed I would not be charged for my stay, but my card was charged in the morning

The worst experience ever. No toiletries, no coffee- in the room, which was supposed to be a kitchen suite, nor in the lobby where there is supposed to be a continental breakfast. Both were empty. The kitchen had no utensils. There was no shampoo nothing. It was dirty. Dogs were barking everywhere. The place smelled. There were sketchy folks apparently just existing out in the parking lot. And this morning when we were going to check out, there was a hassle, handwritten piece of paper on the desk that told anyone that apparently arrived last night up until this morning that the hotel had been overbooked and they should just contact the third-party that booked them to try and maybe get a refund and that there would be no staff at all until 8 AM. And there wasn’t this should not be a hotel listed on apps like Expedia.

On my stay, I was charged a "maintenance fee" of $70 which the property employee indicated that it was "refundable" fee. As I'm leaving this review, I have not received the mentioned $70. I am asking for assistance in this matter please. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible experience room reaked of cat urine staff was rude we literally opted to not stay we walked in saw the state of everything and walked right back out . People were actively doing hard-core drugs in parking lot

I didn’t like anything, because I booked a room either 2 full beds and paid for this room and they simply told me un the check in that they didn’t t have a room with 2 beds and we were2 adults e 2 kids. They didn’t give us the refund and even bedding. The receptionist was so unpollite. She told me if I didn’t agree with the room I would have to cancel and loon for another place. Everything

There was so many injured people and people seat around the outside smoking

The property was in good shape with a kitchen and living area that you could spend an extended stay in . Checking in was the problem; although I had a reservation the desk clerk told me there were no rooms available! She said booking agencies over-booked and all reservations could not be honored so it was "first come, first served". I called Expedia and Expedia called the desk clerk and magically a room was found! I thought was pretty strange but since I had a room I didn't ask questions.

They didn’t give me my room had me my boyfriend and our son sleeping in the car and didn’t give me my money back

So now I am disputing the charge through my credit card company. Horrible service!!!!

Besides the horrible smelling room and the old lumpy mattress they also charge an additional $10.00 per night "cleaning fee" (they do not clean or bring fresh towels) and a $2.00 per person "utility fee"

We called ahead stating we were running late, checking in around 1 am. I was given a number to call once we arrived. No one picked up the phone. There was another on the counter that they overbooked and to contact the booking company for a refund.

I got bug bites and had an allergic reaction from the mattress and left my stay four days early They would not issue a refund for the nights that caused this. Booking.com would not issue a refund, says its job was an intermediary only. When I went to try to work it out with the hotel, rather than speak with Booking.com or address the situation, the manager was put on speakerphone, shouted at me that he was going to call the police. Four police officers showed up. Motel 6 was not helpful, the employee said the manager was avoiding the situation -- no one cared what happened to me or my body. After the police were called, Booking.com refunded a portion of payment, not all. I've reported fraud and am contesting the charges. Staying here harmed my body, family, resources, time and I would never stay here nor book with Booking.com again. I would never stay here, nor book with Booking.com again. Both sat by and watched this happen, with full knowledge and evidence.

Hallways and elevator stunk of Marijuana and musty/damp smell. Also, the room has a weird wall dividing the living space from the bed, but the AC is in the living room.

You couldn’t really feel the ac in the bedroom portion of the suite.

NOTHING…do not stay here. The hotel charged an unexpected $10 per night for room cleaning. They also took a$70 deposit to cover damage. The receipt did not state the $70 was refundable. The room had a small kitchenette but there were no dishes, cutlery, pots/pans. The place was DISMAL.

Nothing positive - my reservation was cancelled without notice - I found out when I arrived at hotel I was cancelled without notice but charged on my credit card
