There weren't any glasses or utensils. I was asked if I wanted pots, but did realize it meant cups and utensils. The staff was courteous and helpful

Extended stay means bring your own plates, etc. for the kitchenette, hair dryer and shampoo. Minimal services. No breakfast

Grateful to have had a place for me and my family to safely rest our heads. Safety over comfort is all I will say.

Helpful and patient staff

Non They didn't honor our reservation, and we couldn't stay there. The person at the front desk just told us, "There are no rooms; we're full!"
-
There is additional charges like $10 for housekeeping and $2 booking fee that are not included on Expedia.

First, when I booked, I had no idea that the hotel was no longer an Extended Stay America, but a Studio 6 Extended Stay. That being said, I did pay more than what Hotels.com stated, but look forward to the return of my deposit. In addition, I was not only immensely impressed with the professionalism and politeness of the staff, including the new owners, but also with how huge my hotel room was. Also, the air conditioner is amazing. I actually had to sleep with socks on; and to think I thought that, because the air conditioner was in the living room area that it would not cool me off enough in the bedroom. Well, scratch that noise. The air conditioner can cool the entire hotel room and then some! Ha! Although they no longer offer a complimentary breakfast, there are snacks in the lounge on the ground floor, such as muffins.

We never used the room, because wasn't clean

Very clean and quiet. Fees for cleaning and “staff pay” not listed on booking.com.the man in front of me got kicked out for refusing to pay. I paid but will have credit card charge challenged.

Manager was very rude towards me and increased the room rate when I got there, without notice. There are many other choices in Fishkill.

Bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. Staff professionalism--I arrived later than planned and the counter staff was about to leave and told me "I almost missed being able to check in," as there is no one on duty overnight. This was the case every night. Then, one of my rooms was not what I had booked. I was able to switch the next day, but when I was ready to do so the counter staff had changed and the one on duty had no idea what I was talking about. It took a bit to figure it out. All the notes and such were being made with paper and pencil. My fourth night, I had no bathroom tissue, so I asked for some and was told "we're out." Someone found some but I was only allowed one and was told "we'd have to see how many other people needed it." Overall, what I experienced was a lack of appropriate customer service. Customers don't want to hear that a change in ownership means they can't expect courteous, helpful, positive interactions with staff. The staff comments were mostly about how bad the new ownership is. And...we're out of toilet paper? There is a Wal Mart very nearby, but I didn't feel it was my responsibility to provide my own TP. I also overheard the man I assume was the manager swearing in the hallway one morning and another time having a conversation with a guest who had been there since May 1, had a huge bill, and needed to get out because the room was re-booked. He had this conversation in the lobby on the phone with a guest, and that, again, is not what a guest wants--or needs--to hear. Also, the AC didn't work well.

The hotel was Booked solid and our stay was denied.

We booked a room for one night (6/13/26); we called early evening (745-8pm) that day to inform the hotel that we would be arriving later than expected, likely around 10pm. The person who answered the phone said "No problem. If no one is at the desk when you arrive, just call the hotel number again." We arrived at 10pm and a very harried young man came running out from a back room, shouting that there were no rooms available. We explained that we had a reservation and that we had called earlier in the evening to confirm our arrival. He interrupted us and stated that the hotel had been "oversold" since 730pm and since it's an "extended stay" hotel that "people had extended their stay." When I asked about getting a refund, he said there was nothing he could do for us and that we needed to contact Hotels.com to reconcile the fact that the reservation was nonrefundable. After an hour on the phone with Hotels.com, they informed us that the charge was the property's responsibility. Hotels.com called the hotel several times on our behalf that evening and no one answered the phone. They sent an email to the hotel and did not receive an answer. Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

I prepaid my stay at this establishment and after traveling all day to attend a wedding the next day I was told at the front desk that they had NO ROOMS AVAILABLE and that it was first come first first served even though and again it was prepaid through Hotels.com, who only offered me a refund. Leaving me to fend for my self, driving from hotel to hotel to find any vacancies. I did find one after 2 hours at triple the cost of my original booking. Poor customer service from the hotel and Hotels.com.

Had a five night reservation made months in advanced. Absolute disaster. They overbooked and understaffed and had no room for us, we were left stranded after 2 days of travel. Lobby was dirty and smelled terrible. Staff was of no help whatever, and he said we were the 15th paid reservation he had turned away that evening. Inexcusable.
