Breakfast was good

Definitely a budget hotel but at least the rooms were clean and seemed to be slightly updated.

Its old Breakfast was lame

The hallways were humid, not air conditioned, rugs were musty and smelly. Rooms were noisey. Could hear people talking at normal voices thru the walls. Mini fridge ran all night. Bathrooms were ridiculous small, literall width of the door which opened into the room and just cleared the toilet. You literally had to step into the bath tub to close the door. It was physically impossible to bring a child and an adult into the bathroom. The elevator claimed to hold 13 people. It barely held 3, without luggage. Based on the accommodations and the rates charged this was a terrible inequality. I would ask to be considered for a partial refund or credit for future stay.

The room was clean.

The room sounded like it was the inside of a running refrigerator. I don’t even think I was there an hour and I left it was so noisy.

Room was nice for the price! When we arrived, the man at the desk was not terribly welcoming … and my least favorite part of the experience was that someone must have been cooking as there was a very strong — and unpleasant food odor throughout the building, throughout the evening — even on the 4th floor where I room was located.

Rooms were very nice and clean. The hallways need some attention as they seem drab and smelly. The elevator always seems dirty could use some maintenance attention. Good location!

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The rest of the property felt a bit tired and worn and in places a bit dingy. Breakfast options were minimal and the room was not laid out well. Pretty average budget hotel but at a higher price than they should be charging.

They said I was trying get a better discount they kick me off the property over a miscommunication

Staff was great , room had some bad smell but the staff took an immediate action and changed them.

The room was very basic. No coffee or tea. Unusual for a hotel. The breakfast menu was minimal.

Friendly front desk staff

"My wife and smurfs just checked in a little while ago" A young, short, Hispanic woman with glasses was at the desk. She asked my last name. I told her. She began making the key. I asked if she needed ID. She didnt respond. Finished making the key, said room 209 outloud, and handed me the key. This was a major issue for me. My wife and children checked in at 2am or so. They did not have anyone to protect them. I am a larger man, providing no proof of identity and readily being handed keys to a room, again, containing a woman and two small children. I honestly became livid in the moment, but I didnt think that would get me anywhere. She also said the room number outloud. That is not within the basic standards of any hotels training. As a whole, the property itself looks to have been a homeless shelter, or maybe even a rehab prior to being a hotel. Very institutional looking. The rooms look much better than the rest of the building. There is also no outlets on the table where the TV is to plug in a computer. Everything is secured, again, like it was a rehab or shelter. Would not come back again.

Hidden Gem. Convenient friendly staff

Hotel was clean and room very comfortable. Staff friendly. Juice machine did not work. Would definitely stay again.
