Great value for what you will receive.

The price was reasonable and the room was clean. Breakfast was fair.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff were very nice and gave some restaurant ideas. The only thing we did not care for was the height of the beds. They were kind of difficult to get into because they were so high. That could be a problem for older adults or children.

Our room was quite clean and refreshing when we got in. The staff was very helpful and available. The free breakfast had several options including 2 waffle irons, eggs, cereal, etc.

The room was comfortable and quiet with good amenities. Unfortunately, the check in experience was so unpleasant that it tainted my entire trip and was genuinely anxious about leaving my room because I didn't want to have another interaction with the front desk. No guest, or person, should be treated the way she treated me and other guests. Hospitality starts with how guests are treated and this experience fell far short of basic courtesy. It's disappointing that the service at the front desk left a lasting negative impression. I have to visit this area frequently, but I will make sure I never go back to this hotel again.

This was an unusually poor hotel. It started with the front desk staff that couldn't have been more unwelcoming. We aren't particular about having room service clean the room, but the desk said they would. They didn't. Different desk staff said they would after three nights. They didn't. Finally, after four nights they cleaned the room. On each of the previous nights, I would have to talk to the unwelcoming front desk and respectfully ask for fresh towels and more coffee. A hotel is a hotel, but this place stood out for dismal service and lousy staff.

The room was a awful. A huge crack in the window just covered with tape. Water was coming out brown. The pillows are small throw pillows. There were no batteries in the remote. Luckily we did not spend much time in the hotel, but we will not be staying again.
-
Was a great stay. Only issue was they were out of towels for use in the pool area.
-
very affordable for what you get
-
Great room, clean and convenient area. Rental party downstairs got a little spread out to the lobby but staff was good to being it back to the room. Will definitely stay again
-
Nice, spacious, clean, quiet, and close to the bike trail.
-
Loved it!

Blackout curtains had a few holes in them and the blankets were worn. Staff was helpful. Overall, decent stay for the price.

Checking in was good, not friendly but accurate and efficient. Room was clean but had a weird smell. The most bothersome was late night doors slamming, yelling, running in the halls and a verbal argument/fight on the floor above ours that took place at 2:30 am.
-
I had to wait for a front desk staff no one around and when we went to the pool, there were no pool towels so we had to use room towels and breakfast. What can I say? It was free.

First the good of our stay, the hotel was in a perfect location for our 1 night stay. The room was nice and spacious and fairly clean. The not so good was our room had small pillows, not king size, more like throw pillows for a loveseat. The towels were thin and scratchy. The worst part however was our not so pleasant experience with the woman working the desk at check-in. She was extremely rude and abrasive. I gave her my reservation number which I booked through Expedia. She insisted I only booked one room, even after showing her the confirmation that I booked two rooms. She was huffing and puffing and being short with us. Then when we asked if we could get a room for the same price she replied no and it would be $40 more than the Expedia price. She finally agreed to call someone and they apparently told her she needed to page down further to see the second room. We barely got an apology for her error.

Nice, reasonably priced suites near Madison. The pool and hot tub were nice enough and the staff were friendly.
-
Hotel itself was very clean. Hospitality was awesome. Ample parking and convenience to everything. I utilized the gym. That was nice. The continental breakfast was awesome as well. I will stay there again.
-
The breakfast was fresh and the parking was good.
-
The room included a kitchenette, which was nice. The room was clean, and a free breakfast was provided. There were dining options within walking distance, and it was easy to get to downtown Madison. Staff was helpful.
