Amazing staff super friendly
-
Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Thank you!

The hallway had clouds of marijuana smoke, it smelled awful. The sheets had stains. The soap was on the floor in the shower upon arrival. The chair in the room was visibly dirty and stained. I did not feel clean there at all.

The first impression as you drive up to the property is poor, but once you get inside and see all the work they're doing to make the hotel better you'll be happy. It's a good choice and a great value for your money.

Back stairs and hall past my room were filthy - mud tracked and not cleaned up. 24-hour lobby coffee was empty 3 times during my stay. It's convenient but I will choose a different hotel from now on.

Run down, but did the job for a one night stay

Helpful staff. Clean room. No issues. Good breakfast selections.

This place smells like a basement

The room was cozy and the pool area was nice. Very quiet hotel. Hair dryer didn't work, iron was missing

The hotel had out of town workers, wish they were on one floor, was very loud all night. The pool area was so dirty. The window sills were thick dust, plastic areas on walls were so thick with goo that you couldn't even wipe it clean, I tried used a pool towel to try and clean an area it didn't work, took towel to front desk to show the dirt, was chastised by manager in the morning for using the towel and that it was housekeeping job to clean, obviously they are not doing a good job.. the hot tub didn't work when I went to the desk was told that I should have come to the desk earlier because there was an issue with start button. Tried to tell me there was a sign on wall stating that the desk to be notified to start. NO SIGN, was chastised by the manager on this complaint. Then asked me to leave the hotel as I was checked out.

everything was fine and we will book here again when we come back the humidity in the room was a bit high. Our skin always felt sticky in there but everything seemed to be working

There was broken beer bottles at the end door, and parking area. The outside door lock/latch was missing so wasn’t as secured as a hotel should be. They were replacing carpeting and out door was propped open to do that when we returned from an event. No notice. Not sure why they put us in that area they were remodeling. Room was nice and clean.

Smelled weird. Messy hallway. Uncomfortable small bed. Stains on light fixtures. Hair on towels

Room was clean and quiet

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in Ben felt like you were laying on bricks staff I'm a nepotist and life about money that was charged for my credit card I will not recommend this place to no one
-
The breakfast was better than expected, and the pool area was clean and well-maintained. Parking was easy to find, and this hotel was right next to Perkins and Rocky Rococo, which are solid options if you're looking for food. A short walk away (1/4 mi.?) you'll find not one, but two Kwik Trips across the road from each other, as well as Dunkin Donuts. I understand that we stayed while the Midwest Horse Fair was happening nearby, but the stay was overall not worth the $200 per night that was paid. If given a second chance, I would have stayed even a little further away (10-15 miles) and saved roughly half of the money spent.

Pool was nasty…do not recommend getting in. My husband got in with our daughter and he knew immediately it wasn’t clean water… Breakfast was okay. It wasnt great, but it wasn’t bad. It did have a variety and the coffee was actually pretty good. Check out was easy. Staff was helpful but limited language so they struggled to understand what we were asking but did try to help.

Nice place near to the university but too expensive for the same, maybe they increased price due to graduation Very expensive

Good location & great rates. Elevator & AC need repairs. Would’ve told someone at the front desk, but, in the 2 nights we stayed we never saw anyone at the desk after we checked in.
