Nice place and friendly staff. We found the bed very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The Indian-Italian fusion restaurant in the adjacent wing was fantastic! There is a really good coffee shop nearby in Fitchburg Center. The staff were very nice, but had trouble keeping up with demand for breakfast. Would have liked better bread for breakfast. Lighting in the rooms is a bit harsh.

Close to where I needed to be. It was nice but breakfast area was a little cramped. Breakfast items never got refilled and there was 45 mins left when I got done to eat and the scrambled eggs were basically nonexistent. There were people.walking around trying to sit to eat meanwhile there were people at tables doing computer work. Go back to your room so people can sit and eat.

Staff was super friendly. Decent hot breakfast, similar to lots of hotels so nothing special. Several restaurants within walking distance. Lamp on each side of bed is nice. Back patio off the pool was run down. Patio off the dining area looked to be in process of being refurbished; not open for use (will be nice when open). Hot water was finicky. There were drinking fountains for filtered water (need a water bottle filler tap). Otherwise city water highly chlorinated.

Breakfast was better than our last stay in June. Food was brought out and replaced regularly. Sausages were very good and potatoes were flavorful. The scrambled eggs were mediocre at best. Would have been nice to have some grits and biscuits and gravy. Nothing that I didn’t really like
