We had to move rooms at midnight. The air conditioner leaked and flooded the room floor the room was musty and mildew smelling with a strong air freshener odor. The pool was nice. Breakfast was hot and adequate.

Avoid this hotel if you're in the area. I needed to stay one night with my toddler for a family wedding. We were driving in from out of state. I called to request an earlier check-in--even just 30 minutes would have helped with allowing us to check in and get ready for the wedding, as the regular check-in of 3p would have allowed only 45 minutes to change and get to the venue nearby. First, I couldn't even call the hotel directly--the number directs you to corporate, where I wasted 15-20 minutes sharing and resharing my reservation information with the corporate associate, only to be told that no early check-in, even a modest one, was possible. Personally, I have never before been denied a reasonable early check-in request when I have needed one, so this was surprising. We arrived at the hotel on check-in day an hour before check-in. The woman at the front desk told us that checking in even 30 minutes early was impossible. I do not believe this. In a chain hotel like this that employs enough housekeeping staff, there is no way that there were 0 rooms ready that matched the common type I booked even 30 minutes prior to check-in. Neither would the woman at the front desk allow me to complete paperwork early to save time. From the hotel employees to the corporate customer service agents, I consistently encountered rudeness and inflexibility. Also, I'll add that I hated the unavoidable, trashy electronic casino game machines right across from the only (slow) elevator. AVOID.

This is a great place to stay! Walkable to restaurants and shopping, plus it’s right on a nature trail for biking or walking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little outdated, but still good!

Friendly staff, property was not clean and run down

Location was great. Loved going swimming in early morning and was pleasantly surprised by breakfast. Price per night was quite economical. People handling front desk were quite friendly and helpful.

The second night was a Saturday and the price reflected that it was a busy night for the hotel. The night before was also busy as our room was not available at the 3 pm checkin time. I was needing to lie down due to tummy issues and asked if we could have a different room. The desk woman appeared to check availability, but said there was not another room available. Soon, a young man took over at the desk. I asked him if our room would soon be ready and he checked with housekeeping, but it was not. 5 minutes later, he motioned me to the desk and said he was changing our room to one that was ready. I greatly appreciated this act of kindness, expecially since he noted that the hotel was going to be full that night. That room was in the adjacent building where the restaurant is located. Room 2002 was not recently renovated, but was clean and very quiet and served our purpose well. The breakfast was a typical "free" breakfast, not as good as others I've experienced. Coffee was awful, we walked to Panera next door. Parking was plentiful and free. Great Dane restaurant next door had delicsious food.

Breakfast great rooms clean and nice enjoyed our stay

Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, pool and hot tub were nice being connected. Only downside was rooms were a little outdated but beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. We had just a shower in our room and it was very slippery inside. The metal drain cover inside kept coming off when my littles were trying not to slip inside the shower and I had to keep covering it up so their little feet would not get inside it. The conditioner thar was in the room would not come out of the little bottle. We tried so hard to squeeze it like the other bottles and could not get it to come out. We even tried taking off the lid which would not screw off. These were all minor things and we would stay there again. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. I even told the kitchen staff he did an amazing job on his fried potatoes that had amazing flavor with the onions and peppers in them. All around it was a fantastic stay!

Very short on staff. had a very long wait to check in and some rooms were not ready. Staff was very helpful.

I would stay here again.

The only downside is they did not provide shuttle service for the concert when their site said they had shuttle server for the area.
-
The room was fine—clean which is important. But when we went to check in, our room was still not cleaned at check in time. The breakfast the next morning was also weak. Cold food.

Check in was a nightmare. Line outside at 3pm to check in. We originally got there at 2:15 but was told to come back at 3 when our room was to be ready. I guess that's what they told everyone. At 3:15 there were 40 people ahead of me to check in. In their defense it was the day of the AC/DC concert and checkin is 3pm. But 1 out of the 2 employees was extremely rude with the guests. I got lucky and had the nice one! We got into our room around 4pm and after that everything was perfect!

Bathrooms need to be maintained or even better they need a facelift!
-
Elevator was not working and when your on the 3rd floor and your 75 yrs old. The walk on the stairs tucked. I will not be using this again. But AC/DC rocked!😁

Furnishings need updating. Sofa was worn and had a tear.

The front desk person at 3 p.m. check-in, Saturday, July 18, was awesome. He was all alone with several parties in line, and he was so patient with everyone, hopping back and forth between two computers. Great service.

A clean, well-lighted place.
-
It’s a very clean room. However it was very dark. More lighting would be great.

Location is great with a paved trail at the other end of the parking lot. And a good fun restaurant nearby. Will go again next time I'm in town to visit my niece.
