Garbage in black bags was stacked in hall. The room was not cleaned 3 of the 6 days that I stayed there. Noone at front desk when I checked out early morning yesterday. Did not get a receipt when checking out.

Room is comfortable but decor is basics at best. Breakfast was ok, egg pan had lots of moisture in it and little choice of cereal. Pool was great for the kids. Early check in was not available which was a huge issue for us due to how early we started our day, our length of travel and seeking to get the little kids down for a nap. We have stayed at other hotels in the greater Madison area and will go back to those next time we are in town.

Bad breakfast. Coffmaker in room didn’t work. No nice outs space to sit. Room wasn’t cleaned until end of our stay

Front desk was rude. Breakfast was small and crappy. Outdated. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The doors slam hard and made it hard to sleep. Also, very loud when having rooms the fooor above you.

Comfortable bed Didn’t feel very clean. I think there might have been a lot of mold on the hot tub? They closed off the sitting area in the lobby after breakfast so there was no where to sit except your room.

The breakfast was good. There was no light in the closet, the air conditioning was annoyingly loud, and the tiles in the bathroom were mostly loose and cracked. ☹

The property was very nice! Beds and pillows were very comfortable and room was clean. They brought clean towels to our room when asked to. I would stay here again! The gentleman who checked us in was not aware of the adjoining hotel and sent us to the wrong floor. There is no one there to ask for help so it took a bit for us to find our room.

We love the bike trail right off the property and the ability to walk to restaurants. There were a lot of kids there this time so we did not use the pool. It was very busy.
