During the check-in process, the staff checking me in had the demeaner that he didn't want to be there, I gave him the wrong credit card and he just looked at me like I was stupid. The morning clerk watched videos with the volume loud for all to hear. When I got to my floor, the smell that was in the hallway was so bad I didn't want to breathe, and it smelled like that the whole time. The room didn't have that disgusting smell and it was clean. The bed was comfortable, The fridge, microwave, and temp. control all worked. I was sorely disappointed when I went down for breakfast. For the size of the breakfast area, there wasn't much that was offered. It had the usual toast/bagels, yogurt, waffles, and cereal. There was hot food was tucked in a corner that made it difficult to reach the food in the back. The hot food both days was biscuits and gravy with very flat, round eggs and sausage. Usually there is a rotation of hot foods. The bar area wasn't even used for food or drinks. It would have been a good place for tables since they didn't have enough for the guests. I sat in the seating area of the lobby, I should have taken my food to the room. The upholstered chairs were dirty and stained, and the leather (not sure it was real) chair I sat in had no support and felt like it sunk to the floor (I am heavy set, but not enough to make a chair sag that far down).

Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the pool. The hotel itself was designed and decorated beautifully. The staff was pleasant. Extremely close to public transport. Wonderful experience overall.

The staff was very nice even when confronted by an angry woman complaining about the exact room she rented. Abd hadebaznice breakfast before I left today. Would stay there again

Don't let the picturefool you!!That is old picture. Bathroom sink was not working, we stayed 2nights and they did not fix it or give us another room. Hallways smells like food. Room carpert had some odor we had to use airfreshner. They do not have lost and found!! If you forget something in the room after check out forget about it!! Looks like there is no communication between staff and housekeeping.They keep telling you call this time only when you call that time they will tell you to call another time.

Was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Do not stay at this hotel not only was it dirty and not maintained, it was un safe the other people staying there were on meth and just not a safe place , the breakfast was terrible no hot water and everything leaked and this was not everything that was wrong

The breakfast was good and there was enough variety for everyone in my group. We got to our room and usually my partner and I sleep with two pillows each, but there were three on the bed. I went to the front desk and asked if I could have an extra pillow. Without looking up, he said they didn't have any extra pillows. We booked this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub. The temperatures of both the hot tub and pool were nice, but the chlorine was so high that it irritated mine and my partner's she's to the point we were tearing up. There wasn't a hair dryer, coffee maker, coffee, or a tissue box in the room. The staff were not notified properly that we were staying longer and do not disturb signs weren't provided. Our room was knocked at three times while we were trying to sleep in. The staff that knocked were understanding, and it wasn't their fault if management did not notify them.

I would have found a new hotel if I didn’t check in at 10pm
