Their fire alarms went off at 3:45 am and there was no hot water in the shower.

Plan for extra time when making breakfast. The left side bays of the four bay toaster don't work right.

The cable is solo. The internet wants you to sign into your rewards account. Not happening w me. If it didn't want all my info for that maybe. Otherwise decent stay.

The elevator was broken and I later realized it had been broken for several days. There was a water leak on the main floor hallway coming from one of the drink machines, causing a significant amount of water on the floor, which was there both days of our stay. The first time we tried to flush the toilet, it was clogged. When I asked at the front desk to have someone come take care of it, we were told there was no maintenance available and instead we had to switch rooms. Stairways were rundown and dirty with food literally sitting there for days. The breakfast was below average of your normal hotel breakfast and the coffee was not drinkable in my opinion. There was also a large music/dance party going on in the back of the parking lot for several hours at night, which was just weird. The actual rooms and beds were fine and appeared clean so props to housekeeping for doing their job well, but clearly management doesn’t have the same standards to keep the building and common areas up to an acceptable standard.

Elevator was out. Ice machine was melting water all over the lobby floor. Shower was nasty with black mold. Evident that the owners aren’t concerned with maintenance. Kids wanted to use the pool but we refused to allow it.

Don’t use the vending machine. Wouldn’t refund me $2.50 for a bottle of water. Deja Blu at that.

The staff was amazing! The hotel's location is perfect! The view at night was amazing... It's being renovated and the updates are beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. I will be back !

Nothing Out of order elevator for 4 night, cat food in the hallway, no side or back entrance, smelled awful, horrible breakfast

Convenient location for our needs. Slow on servicing some faulty things.

Our luck wasn't the greatest it seems... within 10 minutes of checking in and getting to our room, the fire alarm went off, and everyone had to evacuate. Turns out the sprinkler/ water room caught fire. Fire crews responded and indeed had to put out the fire. They then put some fans in the open doors to try to air out the smoke afterwards. Our room was 5 doors away. A few hours later we were able to go back inside, but nothing else was mentioned about the incident.

It looked good when we got there. Recently renovated from the looks. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom door would not open all the way. Sheets were to be changes ever 3 days. Stayed 7 nights the beds never made or changed a single time, we even requested maid service one morning and still nothing. Staff was not helpful in resolving problems. The floors were always wet when we would come in at night. Reserved for 4 people, they only provided linens for 2, went down to get more towels only to be told none available, they didn't have any clean. The first morning there was black hair stuck on the container of milk and at the juice dispenser. The next time we tried the breakfast area it was before 8 and no hot breakfast available. The final day of our stay there was a wire hang out of the elevator door on the first floor. That night a sign saying it was out of order. Left us with 3 flights of stairs to get down with 7 days of luggage, and no help. The stairs were dirty with trash and dog food on the floor. Every night it was a struggle to get the door to lock securely. Booked 2 rooms for family traveling together and they didn't even get the rooms on the same floor. Beer bottles littered the exterior and parking lot when we left.

The beds and pillows were awesome. We got in late so we didn't get to use the pool or anything. The smell in the building was weird. There was painters tape still on the bathroom mirror. The curtain was not set up properly so we couldn't get all the light out. I normally stay at Baymont hotels but I don't think I will stay at this one again.

Clean and presentable

Breakfast was ok but not restocked and again "ran out" of basics like yogurt. Hotel is near apartment building that can be loud at times. It was close to places we wanted to visit.

I like the staff. They are easy to work with. Breakfast isn't the greatest spread although it is just fine for me. Breakfast is only till 9am so get down there early

Staff is out of touch. It's not their fault but they aren't cut out for this field of work.
