The breakfast area was dirty, butter frozen limited options. The rooms had a smell and dirty floors.

The building needs an update. Beds are like rocks. The staff is nice and trying. More handicapped parking near the stairs.

The desk manager who greeted us on Friday night was the only SHINING STAR of the whole visit. The fridge was working and kept our purchased water cold. The room was clean. The room did not have a weird smell. The lighting worked. The shower had sufficient hot water. The television worked. The bed was too soft. We did not have the additional pillows requested, so why use the form to make special requests? The towels in the room had dark strands of hair all over them. The keys did not work the second day. The staff member who managed the breakfast demonstrated rude behavior when asked any question. No protein choices for the breakfast. No coffee maker in the room. The quiet hours were not enforced when someone was stomping up and down the second-level walkway, screaming into a phone.

Area very iffy for an alone female traveler. Hotel houses homeless in buildings, I got a very uncomfortable vibe pulling in. Room was clean and spacious…but shocked about booking .com having this as one if their hotels. Dumpy area, dumpy vibe

Actually nothing Staff was not helpful , one of the rooms had not. Even cleaned, hair in the bathtub, fingernail clippings on the tv stand . There was no microwave or coffee maker. Front desk staff told us if we needed towels or linens we had to ask the laundry lady . The laundry lady was nice, but unfortunately didn’t speak English. We had to change the linens.
