Room had very dirty floors and unsanitary

The next morning, we politely asked if we could receive a refund for the unusable room. The employee refused, stating that we should have reported the issue during the night. While I understand hotel policies, it's disappointing that there was no effort to accommodate the situation. *Not very clean *Lack of customer service *Not well maintained

Overall, a good value. If arriving later, you will check in using an electronic kiosk that connects you to a staff member. This Motel 6 is considerably quieter when compared to the one on Butler Ave. It is basically no frills but provides a quick and cost effective stay for those looking for a short stay in Flagstaff. A Walmart is across the street if you need any snacks or essential items. Gasoline is and access to the highway are all within 5 minutes.

A clean room and a nice bed.

#1 it's dog friendly, up to two dogs no more than 150lbs, and there's no additional costs for bringing them. Yes, please as my pits got to ride an elevator to the 3rd floor and sniff the abundance of the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, each morning. I was there for 4 nights over the 4th of July weekend. The pocket Fire was raging near Sedona so the sky filled with falling embers and this motel 6 served as an affordable place to escape. Bring your own shampoo, but I wasn't there to wash my hair and two bars of soap was ample with as many towels as you need. The rooms could use a thorough wiping of the walls and may have a little dirt, but nothing a good pair of slippers and wipes can't fix. I had an interaction with the infamous virtual concierge and I thought it was unique. I locked myself out of my room at 6:50am and the lobby was empty, when I heard the kiosk start talking, seeking to help me. It printed off a new key (which didn't work) and I had to return until a human was awake to intervene after another failed key card was given. Thank you Frederick for helping me get into my room and if you stay here long enough you'll see some familiar faces. It serves not only as a motel but available for short term rentals. It's a welcoming community if you're patient and willing to be nice to folks who may have an accent but who are kind. A Walmart and Bashas grocery store are walking distance across the street, along with a number of decent food spots in the area.

No staff for onsite assistance except for a video call to a motel 6 rep. No shampoo and no nearby ice vending machines. Limited channels and older small flatscreen tvs. Handicapped parking only available in front near the office. No ramps and no grab bars. Otherwise it’s a great motel hotel.

Be mindful that this motel does not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or breakfast. Only two small bars of soap were provided. The room was very small, and the shower booth was also quite small. The refrigerator made loud noise, which made it hard to sleep, and the bathroom fan was also very noisy. However, the location is good and convenient for getting around Flagstaff.

The location
-
Good overall. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Outside facility a little outdated and some questionable guest. Good price. I will stay again.

Great stay
-
This is a good choice for an emergency stop and last minute option. Other than that... it is not the hotel you want to stay.
-
It was clean and in a good area. The check in lady at night was great but the morning people put no coffee out. I did not know a hotel/motel could be so amenity-less. They only provided two tiny little bars of soap.
