Thank you, all, for the care and concern extended to each visitor.

Light switch wouldn’t turn off so light on all night. Handle on shower seemed really wobbly and detached and was hard to work. staff was nice.
-
We needed to cancel due to a medical crisis/ stroke and they refused to give us a refund.
-

I read the reviews thinking this was a decent place. It's really not very nice. Outdated and such.
-
Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. AC in our room was weak. Breakfast, pool, and hot tub all very good.
-
Close to Flagstaff airport like 15 mins away, Walmart was across the way which was convenient, plenty of restaurants close by. Parking wasn’t great, fills up my night time and spaces were very narrow even for a small sedan.

Too small of rooms for price...

Great stay
-
Clean room, cold air conditioning. Very comfortable bed.

The air conditioning worked perfectly! The breakfast was amazing! The staff was warm and friendly EXCEPT for when I asked one of the housekeepers that was in the hallway for 4 face towels and 2 bath towels she instructed me to get them from the front desk so that I would not deplete her service cart! I found myself apologizing to the housekeeper for making a perfectly reasonable request! Other than the one incident above I had a very enjoyable stay at “Sleep Inn” Flagstaff, Arizona July 27-29, 2026.

Went there with my family and stayed for 4 nights. Honestly it was such a great place to stay. Located in a great place, hotel was super clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful .

I will definitely stay here again, as it was affordable. I don't like to be cheap on motels, because you get what you pay for, so I was pleasantly surprised that Sleep Inn was clean and comfortable.
-
The staff were really cool and nice. Breakfast was amazing with a very nice variety. The room was perfect and spacious. Definitely one of my favorites so far. Loved it would definitely go back again.

The property was very clean as well as the rooms. The staff very friendly the only cons we had is the showers in the rooms did not have hot water and the water had a very low pressure.
