Good location to NAU. My tub was clogged and filled with water when I showered. I asked the staff to get it fixed and they didn't.

Breakfast sausage was cold even though they were just put out. The milk and yougurt were expired. Keep an eye on the dates.

The rooms were very clean. We could smell the freshness as we stepped into the room. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was nice. It was hot. A lot better than just the usual continental breakfast. Parking was nice. We didn’t have to walk very far to get into the hotel.

Overall clean and comfortable beds. Door to the bathroom was difficult to close. Shower design was bad. Having to turn on and get blasted.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Flagstaff. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay while visiting our daughter at NAU. The location was also very close to our daughter’s dorm, also convenient for exploring downtown Flagstaff and the surrounding area.
