La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Flagstaff

Check in took more than 10 minutes as nobody was at the front desk when we arrived at around 6pm. The front desk clerk returned eventually but was clearly very busy and a little bit frazzled. It seems like they are not hiring enough employees to ensure that someone is always present at the front desk especially during peak hours for check-in.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure for bath or shower. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with the exception of the eggs. I have never gotten accustomed to powdered eggs cooked in water. The rest of the breakfast and choices were good. I definitely would stay here again.

Good location to drive in to, tea/coffee station open all day near front desk, room was comfortable with microwave and fridge. A small walkway around the pool was nice.

Staff was great and very helpful. with extra requests. Nice breakfast.

I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m here in Flagstaff!

It was just a quick overnight stay but we appreciated the help in getting into our room right at check in time. Left before breakfast and did not use the pool. Room was very nice, spacious.

I chose this hotel because I like the breakfast at La Quinta, but the cleanliness here was much worse than at other locations I’ve stayed at. The bed sheets and pillowcases were clearly not washed and were covered with stains. The hygiene was unacceptable.

The room was clean the ice machine didn’t work and the staff friendly just only had one up there doing a lot of task at a time. I would come back, still nice and peaceful.

Room and beds were comfortable and nicely furnished however the walls were a little thin and sound passes through easily although not a big issue during our stay. No maid service unless we asked for it so we had to request fresh towels. Overall it was a nice property and the breakfast was good. Reasonable pet fee and outside area for your pet. Very good location. We will likely return.

Walked into the room and it instantly smelled like cigarette smoke in a non smoking facility. The staff was wonderful and moved us right away. The halls were full of items, I think remodeling.

Well run business

This is a great hotel for those traveling with dogs. However…my room smelled of urine upon arrival. Also, some people left dogs alone in a room and they barked for over an hour.
