Exceptional

Superb

Nice breakfast

Comfy bed, pillows ok. Nice room, good price great location for visiting my son at NAU. Would stay again for sure

Very nice hotel, conveniently located.

Check in was quick. The bathroom had long black hairs on the towels and wash cloths. There was mold on the mirror/light. We were going to call the front desk but the phone was disgustingly dirty. Walked to the front desk to say something but no one there and after 5 minutes we left and told the desk clerk in the morning but was told the manager would not be in till 10:00AM

Very clean rooms. Exceptional staff. So nice we spent a night on our way home. Will stay again.

Very clean, the room set up was very nice. It was like having a one bedroom apartment. The fold up couch was very uncomfortable for my grandson. He did not have a good night sleep which was what we were hoping for, we were there for a football tournament.

Everything was wonderful

Location, cleanliness, free breakfast Small pool area

Good

Such a great location! Rooms are clean and the property is beautiful. The staff was so nice. We highly recommend this hotel

Good location. Traveling with our dog. Didn’t cost more for the dog per night than the hotel room for us humans, like some chains, we appreciate that.

This was a great stay. We had previously arranged this hotel, indicating that we were traveling with a pet and had no issues whatsoever. I really enjoyed this day and I would recommend it to anybody traveling through Flagstaff or anyone just looking for a hotel room for the night.

Very clean room. Quiet. Staff was great.

Spacious rooms. Great shower with holding rails for older people. The toilet was too low and difficult for older people to squat down.

Clean and comfortable!

Very clean room and stayed one night. Staff was there if I needed anything. The rooms are spacious
