The hotel is just minutes from the historic Route 66 downtown district, Lowell Observatory, the Museum of Northern Arizona, Riordan Mansion State Historic Park, the Arboretum at Flagstaff and the Arizona Snowbowl ski lodge. The Grand Canyon Railway is only 30 miles away. It's only seven miles to the Oak Creek Canyon overlook, which leads to Slide Rock, Sedona and Jerome, an artist colony that was once a ghost town and originally a mining town. Let the staff book guided Canyon tours via van, plane or helicopter. Van tours pick up guests in our lobby, which features a spiral staircase. Clean rooms and great service!

Location and comfortable beds. Didn’t like the pay for coffee in the lobby and the breakfast, also not free, was just okay.

Rooms were advertised as sound proofed definitely not!!!! This has to be the noisest hotel we've ever stayed in! Would not stay again even though the rooms were small, but clean!

Was advised that our room was ready but allowing us to enter before 3 required a $25 “early check in fee”! Unacceptable, unfriendly, unwelcoming. We will book their competitors in the future.

The first room they gave me smelled awful. Had to ask them to move me to a different room that smelled slightly less terrible, which they did with no issues. Bedding had an overpowering bleach smell. Then I found a cockroach on my bag in the morning when I was getting ready. The saving grace for this hotel was the pleasant and helpful receptionist working their front desk when I checked in, but I probably wouldn't return.

The check-in process was smooth, staff was so polite and helpful. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the hot tub every evening & the fun outdoor space with games available. Would be great for big groups or families. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe!

The manager maintained that the bakery good were fresh. everyday, however..it looked like the goods stayed in the case all day. The shower does not drain well, (it has a fake elongated drain). Soaps and lotions were not filled. Otherwise, for the price.....
