I specifically asked about the holding of funds at check in. I did not experience what I was expecting and was not helped when I asked about it at check out. Otherwise it was just overpriced in general

71. The hotel manager, Jennifer, basically blew me off when we checked out. All the staff members hid and did not come forward to say they would honor the price quoted. We heard from several others they do this all the time. Basically put, it's price gouging. The hotel manager had the ability to change the rate and refused. Clean, nice hotel, but because of this we would not stay here again.

The fitness center shows as 24 hrs on Hotels.com, but it does not open until 6am. The convenience area has no food options. It is pretty much empty. I have stayed at this place for years, but it had been a year. Talk about going downhill. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Loved the DryBar toiletries! Consider adding breakfast

Rooms are nice and comfortable Bus load of kids very noisy and happened last year as well so won't stay there again. We also had to leave a day earlier and was told I could not get a refund because it was not 30 days earlier. They just lost a good customer.

Located near plenty of restaurants & shopping area for last minute needs.

We had only planned a 1 nights stop over but we added a night to get a full day on Flagstaff. The hotel was good. Breakfast wasn't the normal BW standard and wasn't included in the price. But it wasn't expensive, goid quality and we had enough to eat. The best bit - the Staff were very very polite and very helpful, the check out lady was lovely. Nothing to dislike!

The rooms are large with a small refrigerator and microwave. Great shower. I loved the outside communal area with pool. Great conversational fire pit and large high tops where family could eat meals and swim. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Good value for your money. Right by NAU that has lots of walking paths throughout. It’s a little tricky to find the entrance that’s just past a gas station. Easy exit though
