Baymont by Wyndham Flagstaff

Bed was comfortable, Hotel could use some updating, but room was pretty clean. There was a bowl of oranges for breakfast fruit option (many moldy):) I found a decent one, so we shared that and a waffle, which was ok. Coffee was not good. There was a tour bus load of over eaters, so it was pretty crazy! Staff was nice and did their best. Thx!

Clean. Good location. Easy parking for my truck and trailer.

dirty and smelled in the room. Room was expensive as well for what you get.

Breakfast was terrible, they had bus groups staying at the hotel and didn't have enough food. Poor planning. Room needs maintenance.

Very close to most of Flagstaff and NAU It was not as nice as expected but good

Not really anything. It wasn’t very clean. The A/C unit was very noisy. The location is directly on the road. For checkout you left your cards in a bucket.

The provided soaps and lotions had a very aggressive harsh smell that gave me a headache. I was unable to utilize the breakfast as there was a bus load of people that were already at the breakfast area at 6:00 am and there were no available tables to eat.

Surprised that Wyndam claims this property. Rooms are ridiculously small. Bathrooms outdated and dingy. The shower curtain and rod fell on top of me when I got into the shower one morning, and I found out later from another customer that the same incident also happened to them. Pluses were that the front desk people were very receptive, providing us extra towels and pillows, and even brought items to the room.

I would not stay there again.

The breakfast was great! But overall the property was run down and the hot tub and pool were not heated as advertised

Started out with a leak in the ceiling which had the carpet wet outside the bathroom. Called the desk and she was extremely helpful in moving us to a different room!

Outside of building looked much nicer than the insude

I am very satisfied with the staff , was helpful and attentive specially the girl from the desk and the housekeeper. The room was clean , but the Ac was so noisy , but in general I like the service.

Poor food, room was clean but not well maintained, you can't take a shower without flooding it! Had to use my same towel because the extra towels were used to mop up the shower water! Will never stay here again! Very uncomfortable!

Room floor and exterior hallways a little dirty

Very clean. Comfortable firm bed. Coffee and Cotton Hill breakfast in the morning. The gym and pool and spa were a little old and very basic. Nice view of the San Francisco peaks.
