Baymont by Wyndham Flagstaff

The housekeeping and/or management are dishonest so I would never stay here again. My husband accidentally left his $179 ON shoes in the corner next to bed. We realized when we were already in Phoenix and called immediately. Guess what they didn’t find his shoes and housekeeping didn’t find them either. We are pretty sure they found them and passed them on to one of the kids that live there since it’s family run and seems to be a residence for the large family running it. Just feels dishonest. They act suspicious and wishy washy each time we have called. Passing the blame to housekeeping. Only white ones matching the description. Oh well. it was our fault for mistakingly leaving them. They aren’t responsible for lost or left items, I get it. Just wouldn’t go back or recommend.

Nice, clean, quiet place located within walking distance to restaurants for dinner. Room had coffee machine, microwave and fridge. We were able to unload our cooler each day and refreeze ice paks. This contributed to a great trip to and from Phoenix.

Very nice. The ac worked great, the room was very clean and the beds were wonderful. Couldn't ask for more.

A great deal for the price you pay - the room quality seem to greatly vary from visit to visit, but it’s nothing worth being upset about.

The place was in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The rooms were a bit rough. Curtains were drooping and the wall paper was falling off of the wall.

We did a reservation via Expedia and the hotel didn't have the type of room we requested. They offered a different type. Overall the quality was ok. We didn't like the fact that you couldn't close the darkening curtains fully. The breakfast was ok.

Clean room and good amenities. Would recommend.

Rooms and whole property need a serious cleaning and updating/repairs. Lack of care in the property is evident. Only really good thing is that they had excellent water pressure.

Great accessible shower. Good breakfast assortment. Convenient to local sights.

Room was terrible and smelled like someone smoked in it.

Room was functional, staff were capable, but the room had a few minor issues (inoperable remote, unleveled floor, top drawer of dresser would not stay close - kept opening about 8 inches into walkway). Overall, if you need a quiet like and comfortable place to stay overnight, no worries; but I would not stay here longer than 1 night.

We stay at this hotel every trip to Flagstaff. Older but comfortable and good breakfast.

Windows dirty couldn’t see through. Curtains broken and dirty.

This place is falling apart. It’s dingy and feels like it’s going to fall down. The AC didn’t work in the first room we had. Stay somewhere else is my advice to you.

The room was quiet, and staff was friendly.

AC unit in room loud and humid. Blow dryer did not work. There were bugs in the room and stains on the bedding.

Needs remodeling but clean
