Unfriendly staff, dirty room

I like the firm yet soft bed, but I didnt like that it squeaked with every move. The rooms need upgrade. Walls with old nail holes, inmatching fridge n microwave, etc.

Professional staff

The air conditioning works quite well and the hotel itself is inba convenient location.

The hotel is in need of some repairs and the repairs that have been done were just “covered up” with paint and not done properly. I felt like I was at an old beach hotel that you would have spent the least amount of money at.

Well this has nothing to do with the hotel it is with Expedia that company sucks god forbid you accidentally book the wrong dates and pay . They will not refund your money your assed out on the funds. Horrible costumer service. Instead for them being there for the paying customer all they want is your money.....

This is a great hotel. I only gave it fewer stars because the TV didn't work and they didn't replace it.

The hot tub and breakfast made our stay awesome.

The breakfast was good. The sausage was cool. The hallway to the rooms needed vacuumed. The sausage was cool.

Excellent staff. The hot tub and pool are amazing. The breakfast and coffee made things so nice. We are grateful for the comforting stay at the Flagstaff Baymont.

Breakfast was great the first day. Unfortunately, they had 4 busloads of guests come in that night and our 2nd day we could not even get a cup of coffee, much less breakfast. I felt I paid for a benefit I could not receive. On the bright side, Denny's is right across the street, we did not starve but did spend $40. for breakfast when it should have been free/included.

Clean room, smoke detector was unplugged

The girl at the check in was so incompetent and there was barely any free breakfast food. It was all gone in 15 minutes and they didn’t bother to replenish anything.

I've never stayed at a hotel where I could not get a printed bill showing the costs of my stay for accounting purposes! Staff blamed it on my making my reservation through Expedia! But I stayed in two other hotels on this trip that were booked through my Expedia account and I have the final bills for both of them!. Even though the property was clean, the furnishings were worn and the beds were very noisy every time we moved.

Staff was friendly and spoke well English The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was sunk to the center. Let’s get rid of foam mattress and get the real thing. And get queen size! Why do you use full. Not comfortable with two adults
