The beds are very high.

everything was great, check-in, room clean and seemed new, breakfast was very good and check out was easy. I would recommend this hotel for any one traveling in the Flagstaff area.

It was clean, well maintained and staff was very pleasant! Even in room next to elevator it was quiet! You needed to chairs in room.

Did the digital check-in/room key, which was nice because we had to check in later since we were at the county fair for a concert. Room was in the 100's (number, not price) which was in the "basement" near the pool, which was ok, but it was also right by the freeway--lots of noise. Breakfast was ok. The power went out (not hotel's fault), and the staff quickly set out flashlights to light up the hallways/stairs (since the elevators were inoperable). Bed was very comfortable but I hate those little lumpy square pillows (and there was a hair in one!), may just be me. Overall, not bad just overpriced.

The A/C unit in our room was leaking so badly that the carpet surrounding it was absolutely soaking wet. We reported the issue to the staff, but nothing was done about it during our stay. That is a serious maintenance and cleanliness concern that should not be overlooked. There was also a step outside the exit door from the staircase with no warning or signage. I nearly went tumbling down, which was a frightening experience. A simple warning sign or clearly marked step could have prevented this. While the property itself was clean and appeared to be well maintained, these issues raised concerns about both guest safety and how maintenance problems are handled. I hope management addresses them so future guests do not have the same experience.

Exceptional

I am disabled and requested a walk-in shower when reserving room. Did not get it upon arriving. Told no rooms available to move into so had to go without shower.

Electricity went out around 7am. No notifications of what to do or when it would be back on. No breakfast. No shower (no lights in the bathroom). When I went downstairs to leave the staff just said it was out of their hands.

The facility was clean, rooms were clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was very convenient for our needs. Parking lot was clean and and easy to access the hotel. More options for breakfast. The food did taste good. The dining room was clean but tight.
