We liked the convenience of the location and the walking distance to restaurants and stores. There was also a hiking trail close which was enjoyable. Although we understand that it’s common for homelessness which is heartbreaking, as a paying customer for the facilities, coffee bar and breakfast, I found it difficult to understand why the front desk representative didn’t redirect the homeless man who so easily helped himself to two coffees and muffins. It was early morning before 6:30, guest were in the lobby waiting for the restaurant to open. He was unkept and dirty touching the coffee dispenser and lid to the muffins. Yes, I understand and agree that empathy is the key to helping others down on their journey. If nothing else, someone working at the hotel could have got it for him.

I believe her name was Kayleigh, she was excellent.

We were there for a one night stay. It was good. The lobby was very nice and they offer breakfast (for a fee), and they have tea and coffee in the morning. The air conditioning was subpar and we lost power in the middle of the night (not their fault of course), so it made for an uncomfortable sleep. Overall though it was clean and convenient so I’d stay here again if I was passing through.
