The hotel itself was fine, clean rooms, enough space, and a decent indoor pool. But for the price, it felt like something was missing. The listing said breakfast was included, yet it wasn’t, and the paid breakfast didn’t stand out at all compared to other hotels that offer it complimentary. Would we return? Probably not, unless we had no other choice.

Weird that they don't offer free breakfasts, and the property is a bit dated. But it was fine, clean, served its overnight purpose.

The only negative was that the thermostat had been disabled, which meant that we could not adjust the temperature in the room. It was comfortable for us, and I believe that many people will adjust a hotel thermostat in a way that they would not adjust their home thermostat, so I understand the decision, but it was a little disappointing.

Clean room, AC and staff were very good. This property was well located and great base to explore downtown Flagstaff and surroundings. Would recommend and would stay again.

Very nice property and staff. However, most hotels provide complementary breakfast...this hotel does not. It will cost an additional $15 PP. Other than that a great place to stay.
