Courtyard Flagstaff

Extremely helpful staff. After a long drive it was nice to just relax and rest.

The sink drain smelled really bad. The cleaning lady was very nice and tried to clean it but it would not go away. Some ceiling spots showed signs of a roof leak, and some bulbs were out in the room. The TV was extremely slow but worked. The carpet really needs a good rinse.

The only interesting thing was at the lower parking lot the hotel had a tesla charging station. So when cars were waiting for a stall they would take up customer parking.

The noise from the road was horrible. Kept us up most of the night. As well as people running in the hallway all night. Also the bed was excellent but the pillows were horrible.

Gorgeous property. Layout of desk/TV/bed is a bit odd in these rooms. Fitness area is very small with minimal equipment for this size/type of facility. Starbucks/Food area is nice to have on property since no breakfast is provided. Requested a courtyard facing room and it was incredibly quiet, which I appreciated!

Location Extremely high cost for the value. No complimentary breakfast. Room was average.

Breakfast options were not good and expensive. Complimentary coffee ,or tea would have been a plus especially after a long travel to relax and settle in. I was told my room had a view of the scenery which I asked for but got a view of the parking lot and highway. The room AC after turning it down sounded like a truck engine and sleeping was awful.

The facilities were very nice, but everything was an extra charge... no free parking, no free breakfast, and ice was located in the most inconvenient place possible.

Save your money. Overcharged more than booked. Our room smelt horrible, but staff would not would not refund our stay or change room. General manager never responded about refund. Sincerely disappointed.

The location. The fire pit. The facility was clean and friendly. The couch was uncomfortable. The pillows on the bed were horrible. Thry only do housecleaning every fee days. It's a Marriott property. I expect more.

The room had an uncomfortable sofa. It was too deep, curved, and just uncomfortable. The bathroom amenities were adequate but nothing special. I expected better from a Marriott property. And charging a parking fee on a property with lots of parking spaces in Flagstaff, Arizona was just unacceptable and certainly not necessary! We will not stay there again.
