I got up early in the morning to get my coffee which is free 90% of the time and they charged $6 for a cup of coffee. That's really all you need to know

We always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is located in a quiet and convenient area. Hotel staff is friendly. Room was clean except for the bathroom, the toilet mainly. I had to clean the area near the flusher, which was definitely dirty.

The staff was very accomondating. We were traveling with another family so we had a car and a truck with a trailer. They made sure we had a safe place to park the trailer close to our rooms.

Very nice. Second time staying. Beautiful property, good food at the cafe.

I like having a large bathroom with an area where I can put my makeup on in the bathroom, where the light is good. I like having overhead lights - the room always seemed dark to me. We did open our blinds all the way up which helped a lot. Also, we stayed on the ground floor and went in the back entrance. At night, it was very dark. It would've helped to have a light on the outside of the building that came on when we went in that way.

Great place for families and location is right in the middle of everything! Also if you have a Tesla they have a charging station there! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive to their guests. I’d definitely stay there again if I return to Flagstaff.
