The hotel was very clean and quiet. Comfortable and updated.

This is such a nice place! It smells amazing when you walk in. Room was so clean. Comfortable bed! Nice big towels and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff. I will stay again if in the area!

Property was very clean, no complaints about the staff, they were very helpful.

Great location and very updated. Highly recommend for the pricing. Wish there was a jacuzzi but overall a very nice cozy place to stay. Will stay here again .

This was a very pleasant stay on our trip to Flagstaff. Excellent customer service the staff was very accommodating and the location was perfect. Their food service was very we recommend the lumberjack. Also, you have Bash’s with Starbucks inside and your local Walmart, Cafe Rio, and some phó across the street. We would recommend Voco to Family and friends.

Loved the renovations to the property.

It's a small property with a single corridor. We were assigned a room at the other end in the back of the property. You can occasionally hear the freeway traffic which is better than being next to the train tracks. Overall, nice place-again, just small. The shower was great with a ton of pressure and the temperature control was on point without a delay. Staff was friendly, room was clean and plenty of parking.

This hotel not necessarily set up to accommodate an adult requiring 90-100% wheelchair movement - rooms are on smaller side (incl. bath/shower). Staff accommodating in terms switching to an accessible room after first night (available only after 1st night). Otherwise if accessibility is not needed, it is suitable for a handful of nights stay (1-4).

Able and to book a last minute stay at this property again. Consistently high quality room, service and ample free parking/wifi. Awesome shower! Added breakfast was convenient and accommodated plant-based preferences. Wish coffee was better at breakfast but nice in the room!

Friendly staff and guests.

In any event, I totally understand things happen, but would have been nice to get a voucher for a free night or a free breakfast for the inconvenience., but I’m not one to go complain to the front desk. And at times my room key would not work. Other than that, I did like the hotel: Thanks. Chris

Room was clean but the one thing missing was a microwave. Property was well kept and staff was friendly

Nice clean hotel . Had to pay for breakfast if wanted and coffee in lobby very tiny cups for free coffee only. Had trouble with TV but staff not helpful

Great location. Good food at a reasonable price. There is a $10 parking fee, which is not disclosed upon check in but is somewhere in the fine print. I would still stay here again. Super clean. Highly recommend
