Drury Plaza Hotel Cincinnati Florence

Pleasantly surprised, super nice stay!!

Comfortable beds are so important to me and unfortunately the bed I slept on in my room was not very comfortable (it wasn't the worst). Just very bouncy and not soft. Dinner and breakfast were great, everything seemed tidy, staff was friendly and helpful, the room was nice.

We stayed in 3 Drury hotels on this trip and were impressed with all of them! The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was fine. We choose to only have staff clean once in the middle of our 6 day stay and the cleaning staff did a great job. I wish I had choose s room with the couch and 2 queens because with 2 kids traveling with us we needed that extra space but live and learn. Breakfast was very similar every day but good. The 5:30 get together food was ok but mostly the same. But saves u from going out . The laundry $3.50 for washer only 1 in service and $3.50 for dryer i find excessive i just took ours home. Gave me an excuse not to do house chores on vacatio. Overall a nice place.

Fast check in. Clean and well maintained. The outside trash was overflowing when we arrived, but was taken care of pretty quickly. Would stay here again.

Room was very clean, staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great!

Only complaint would be: More variety for the KICKOFF at 5:30. I wish people would stop bringing their kids and alllll of their pool toys into the hot tub! There were 3 adults and about SIX kids under 10..with lifesaver, snorkelasks and pool noodles in the hot tub..not to mention the adult beverages left behind! Maybe have a NO CHILDREN AFTER 7PM policy?

As expected very clean and modern upgrades made our stay very enjoyable. The added dinner and breakfast saved us time and money. Would definitely look for a Drury inn were possible.

This hotel was an AMAZING surprise! For the cost of the hotel we weren't sure what to expect but when we walked in, the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Check-in was easy, the rooms were very clean and the shower was WONDERFUL!! The bar had great food and drinks! The breakfast was a full buffet and the food was in abundance and delicious! We can't say enough about this hotel, and would stay here again. If you're in need, and checking hotels in the vicinity, stay at the Drury, you won't be disappointed.
