Drury Plaza Hotel Cincinnati Florence

I will stay here on my trips to visit my child of UC.

The drury is our absolute favorite place to go, we can’t always afford to stay but when we can our family absolutely loves it!!! The breakfast And dinner options are amazing and the soda machine in the dining hall makes it easier then having to pack drinks everywhere you go . We love this hotel and we will always come back!

This was the first time stayed in Drury Plaza Hotel. We stayed at the one in Cincinnati Florence, KY. The Breakfast and Dinner were fantastic. We will definitely stay there again. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless. We were going to the Art Enclosure and the Creation Museum and there were lots of Christians staying there.

We arrived after a 14 hours drive. The checking went smoothly. However, the central light switch in the room was not working. Imagine getting into a dark room not knowing how to turn on the lights. I went to the reception and I was told that a light bulb needed replacement which was done promptly. The room did not have a freezer and I asked at the reception if they could place the ice packs into a freezer. They were helpful but next morning the ice packs were not frozen. The receptionist should have told me that they don't have access to a freezer... I got a good rate from Expedia for a one night stay but I would clearly not recommend this hotel at their regular rate.

Clean, helpful staff, breakfast and dinner included. Saved me money going out eating when it's offered at my hotel. Great stay!

Great place to stay if looking for budget friendly and clean place to stay, I would stay there again if in area.

The Drury Plaza was a pleasant surprise. It was our first time staying at a Drury property and we found it to be a much better and more comfortable option from other similar chain properties at the price level. The Cincinnati Florence facility was clean with ample parking. Staff were friendly and efficient. Amenities such as complimentary and substantial evening snacks and microwaves in the room were much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower design and water pressure were great. The room was tidy, but there were popcorn kernels on the carpet when we walked in, probably from previous hotel guests enjoying the complimentary popcorn available in the lobby. We were traveling with our dog and we found the room size to be comfortable for two adults and our dog and her bedding placed on the floor. We were able to walk our dog on grassy areas around the property and there aresidewalks nearby but you are navigating parking lots and busy streets. All in all, a well-run, clean, and convenient property that provided us just what we needed - a good night's rest on a long journey home. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back in this direction and would recommend this property.

Everything was really nice, clean, very new and up to date. Beds good. Food good. Everyone was very nice!
