There were large bugs walking around the eating area in the early afternoon. Rooms were not cleaned every day even though requested

Everything was exceptional. My wife, however, was bothered slightly by the smell of the linen likely related to the detergent used in the cleaning process. We're planning to make this hotel location a regular stop on our future road trips.

Everything about the stay was great!! Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and well maintained, beds were comfortable. I was just looking for a place to stay and found a place I would like to return to.

Hot tub wasn't working properly breakfast wasn't great but very clean great amenities overall staff was great.

The only down side of the whole experience was the hot tub/spa. Water was cooler than bath water and aerator didn’t bubble the water. The hot tub was the whole reason we chose the Drury Plaza.

Brand new, still shiny! Clean with nice spacious rooms and the hotel has more amenities than most. GREAT breakfast too!

Great location. Large parking lot with great lighting. All sleeping rooms are on 2nd and above. Helps with quite and restful stay. The first floor with all amenities, gathering areas, check in and dining can be loud and chaotic in the evening during dinner and breakfast. Sometimes the elevator can be a wait. Great restaurants near by. The breakfast and evening dinners can't be beat. Arrive by 530pm to make the most of happy hour and food. Appreciate that they are pet friendly. Comfy beds and linens with quality towels. The staff, all of them from house keeping and building maintenance to front desk were extremely courteous and could communicate well. Definitely will return. Well worth the room rate.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were the cleanest of this vacation trip.

The staff was great, as was their breakfast and dinner. However, both my husband and I were woken up by a very loud tapping sound. We did not look at what time it started but we figured it started around 5:00 am and it lasted all the way til 7:40-7:50am. Needless to say, we did not get a good nights sleep during our two night stay. I also used their iron to touch up one of my shirts and I did not notice but the iron had a black substance on it that stained my shirt. I was able to wash it off but it left a ring on it. I did advise the front desk about the tapping. Room 513. They said they would look into it so hopefully they’ll fix it.

Great from the moment we checked in. Staff wonderful and easy to navigate. They feed you dinner and have a restaurant/lounge with better food. All was good.

We were impressed with the fact they had a free meal in the evening from 5pm til 7. Also the beds were super comfy and the room was very tastefully decorated and very clean. Highly recommend.

Definitely a great value if you’re traveling with a family or group - the Breakfast & Dinner option for eating @ the hotel could potentially save up-to $200.00 a day in savings as opposed to eating out - if you’re trip or stay is possibly “Budget Conscious”… Yet, you have the means for a Hotel such as this (DO IT) the turnkey is savings just for food alone, make this New Construction hotel very easily a great value!!!
