Holiday Inn Florence by IHG

The people working at the hotel was very, very nice but the hotel is not well maintained. The room had a bad oder coming from the A/C which made the room uncomfortable. And the exercise room A/C wasn't working properly two days when I went in the temperature was at 79° and the thermostat was set on 70°. The hotel needs work would not stay there again unless upgrades are made.

Very comfortable with courteous people Nothing

The door to the room had open space all the way around so you could see right through to the hallway. There was no sound barrier light barrier smoke barrier or fire barrier.!! the bathroom door could not close without jamming it. The hotel was extremely noisy, especially with no stripping around the door.

No help on anything.. hours for bar limited , did not find my IHG number..

The bathroom was updated but had weird lighting. Only Kuerig coffee in the room and in the lobby.

We stayed for one night before a local concert and found this to be a great value. Although the lobby had a strong bleach smell upon arrival, our room and the entire property were very clean. The breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant staff provided exceptionally friendly service.

It wasn’t very clear in the description that breakfast was an additional fee each day. The rooms were so humid it felt like the carpet was wet, and one day housekeeping only made one of the two beds.

It was very quiet and clean I paid for breakfast everyday with the room and on Tuesday the cook didn’t show up so I was forced to go buy breakfast which was unacceptable. I didn’t get what I paid for

Breakfast was delayed, had to leave hungry.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable The bathroom had no ventilation fan, the bathroom was very hot, mold on the ceiling and in the shower. The bathroom has to be cracked open just for some ventilation during showers. The bathroom would be great with ventilation. Also the toliet was running and a very loud AC unit when it came. But it cooled the room

stuff was very nicely . I did ask for ADA room when I got here should let know or should made a justment in the coast .

It was great! All I needed was a good place to sleep. There was nothing.

It was the usual fare. Okay. Not great. We left something in the room. It was nothing anyone else could use...my husband has a urine pouch. It was supplies for it. It was not turned into lost and found. We assume rather than go to the trouble of turning in our items left behind, it was easier to just throw them in the garbage.

Very Small Room and We could hear Toilets and Showers in other Rooms

Very Small Room and Toilet sat low

The "included" breakfast was not worth $12.00. One ice machine was broken. The other one was out of ice.

Weather knocked out power for the entire night

Nice Nothing

Convience of location near 75. Clean!

Limited breakfast options. There were no fruit juices.
