The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever bin in. There was roaches everywhere DO NOT STAY HERE

Upon entering out room we noticed the the only window treatment was an old, pull down shade that was lying on the ancient air conditioner. We had to reinstall it for privacy reasons. Please deduct $100 from our bill for our labor costs. The room looked clean but smelled like a 50 year old basement with mold issues. I wish I was kidding. I keep waking up from the nightmares this place caused and the smell would immediately slap me in face. The bathroom fixtures functioned but had seen better days. The continental breakfast was nowhere to be found, not that any of us would have felt safe eating anything there. This is what happens when you allow 3rd wor1d owners to bring their values and 3rd rate levels of cleanliness to our country. Avoid this place at all costs!

Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. When I stayed there they were updating rooms and making it look nicer. I would recommend if you looking for affordable prices

The hotel was not as the description online. No staff in front of lobby, housekeeping did not clean our room for two days. And no hot breakfast like they said online.

Hotel uses a remote kiosk to check people in and out, was very jarring. There were bugs in the room and it had a musty stench.

This is the ugly and dirty hotel i stay. Me reservation is for 5 day. Only stay 9 hours and move to another hotel.

There was no staff on site. The floors were filthy. Carpet was pulling up. Our door wasn’t even locked when we went to check in never checked in through a virtual machine before there were cords running from room to room across the hallway. There is no elevator we were on the second floor. We did not stay in the location.

Bugs, trash, cigarette smoke asked for a refund better get it

Bathroom faucet moved when turning on water. Toilet is so low that I thought I was a kindergartener so my bad knees really got a work out. In the bathroom, the ceiling was falling down. Bed frame or mattress (or both) moved when sitting on the bed. I do applaud they are trying to fix it up but just the small things to correct would help; like removing the paint off the toilet paper holder and doing a better job of blending in the spots of drywall and paint they fixed. Needless to say I will not stay there again.

The property has a weird odor. Stayed there 4 nights and not once they cleaned the room. The toilet was halfway broken. Only had 2 towels for the whole stay, had to ask for more. Wouldn’t stay here again.

There were roaches I need a refund

Hotel hall reeked of pot and cigarette smoke. Paint was peeling everywhere. My room floor was sticky, the bathroom door didn’t fit in the frame so didn’t close all the way. Bathtub was very slippery during a shower. Outside doors were not secure - did not close all the way. Breakfast room was not clean and toaster didn’t work. I will NEVER stay here again! Check in was confusing and not user friendly.

They do not have fridges or microwaves in the rooms and the staff is rude

There were 6 police cars when I was there. I overheard guests that they were staying at their own risk

Nothing Hotel was very dirty and shower didn’t work and aggressive dogs outside.

The staff was ok but they have a totally digital service at check in and the owner could invest more money in the remodeling. Was double charged not once but twice and still haven't received the refunds. The family also owns the Quality inn there in Florence. That one seemed to be Cleaner.

It was so bad didn't even consider breakfast The bug infestion the worn and dirty furniture and the filthy carpeting plus the people loitering outside the unlocked hotel doors
