Welcome Inn

The 1st room had no tv in it and the next 3 had not been cleaned and one had poop on the cover I left will out a refund

I needed a hotel close to CVG airport for an early morning flight. I did not know that this area was a drug addict area. Quite a few were roaming the parking lot cracked out when we arrived at 5pm and when we left at 3am to go to the airport there were others roaming the parking lot. At 3am. The hotel room was in poor shape. The flooring is pulling up. The night stand is about to fall off the wall. The shower head hanging in the wall, useless. We had bugs running around the bathroom. People yelling up and down the hallway outside our room. There is a huge gap under the door so you hear everything from the hallway.

This is definitely an affordable place to stay. However, there were things that concern me that they were renovating which isn’t an issue and I hope that it goes well. In the room, it seemed like the sheets had some stains on them that were dark and you can tell there was also a cigarette hole in one of the sheets. I do not smoke and towels were not cleaned thoroughly there was hair that was black (not mine) on the towels. The bathtub was not cleaned and had stains on it. The boards in the room were lifting up and there was a power extension cord for some of the appliances. The microwave was gross and disgusting full of cheese that wasn’t ours prior to checking in. Could do better in cleanliness and not put out sheets with stains.

Never stay there to save $10-20. Either I will pick a better place or stay in the car. The parking lot is dark and authority put notice that they are not responsible for stollen cars.

The non smoking room smelled of smoke. The lights were not working. Stains on the bed. Did not feel safe here. Saw the room and immediately checked out.

Do not be like us and try to save a dollar!!! Go to a hotel with good reviews and clean rooms. Stay as far away from Welcome Inn as possible. Also the name outfront says SureStay not Welcome Inn. This hotel would be called the Cockroach Inn!

Room was dirty and sheets were stained also had roaches and bugs also ran into a person fall in the hallway drunk or on drugs. Definitely will not be staying there again

I wish I could attach pictures. DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THE PICTURES, IT LOKLS NOTHING LIKE IT IN PERSON. We had to leave and go to another hotel (which I have never done in my whole life) because this place was literally a health and safety risk. The carpet "molding" along the bottom was peeled off and there was a hole in the wall, place was very dirty including hair on the bed. The headboard and nightstands looked like they were going to come off the wall. The air conditioner was so dirty, it likely had us breathing black mold. Additionally there was a very odd, horrible smell that instantly gave a migraine. This looked like. A slumlord apartment. They also have a person on a screen as the receptionist telehealth. They said they would issue a refund when we left tan hour after we checked in, but they REFUSED to approve it through hotels.com. Do not stay here, I was fooled.

The rooms were in the process of I assume construction. Bed linings was dirty, floor was dirty band aid that was used was in the flood. I asked for a refund the gentlemen using the online kiosk said I would be refunded for my stay but failed to do so even though I was only there long enough to walk from welcome desk to my room, maybe 10 minute inspection and back to the welcome desk to return my key.

Stay anywhere else, the property is under construction, nothing is clean, hallway lights shine in around the door, lighting up the room at night, and the list goes on, I am not impressed and won’t stay there again.

They have bad roaches & don’t care first room they showed me had someone clothes garbage and dirty second room had mass roaches , no free breakfast even if I wouldn’t eat there no way , pregnant lady was screaming down hallway about the roaches @3am , no front desk people they talk to you on a kiosk and come outta nowhere give u dirty towels and blanket the pic online is not the pic that’s on safari this is a scam

The check in was easy and the Gentleman was very nice . He upgraded us to a king room. The whole place was not traveler friendly.This place was more of a extended stay flop house for not to reputable people.I was afraid to leave my room at night. The parking lot even had a sign in it ,I noticed the next morning stating they weren't responsible for damage or theft to your car. I was very glad I didn't have young family members with me. No daily housekeeping.the coffee pot in our room didn't work. The one staff member we did see didn't speak or understand English enough to be helpful. Finally got her to understand we wanted clean towels. The on-line description says the is Continental breakfast ,you couldn't even get coffee cups no food at all I recommend finding somewhere else to stay. The discounts are not worth it

Dirty, unlit parking lot, the ac did not work well and my husband sliced his foot open on something within an hour of staying and almost needed sutures. Horrid conditions and staff were so new they were unhelpful.

Roaches galore, moldy microwaves, dirty carpets, no staff you check in through a kiosk

Check in was on a virtual meeting. The attendant said that the room we reserved was not available, so they would give us a different room. When we went to the room we were given, it was filthy. There were dirty towels and trash laying all over the bathroom, the beds were unmade and dirty, and the lights in the room didn't work. The floors were dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned in a long time. I didn't stay to check any other details, but the room had a musty smell and the hallway to the room was also dirty. We went immediately back to the lobby to request a refund and explain the condition of the room. The attendant refused to issue a refund. We ended up leaving the property without staying; we literally slept in our car instead of at this hotel. We will dispute the charges with our bank to receive a refund. I would give this property a zero out of five if I could.
