Super 8 by Wyndham Florence

Poor

Disappointing

breakfast was meager

Roaches everywhere and I could not get my money back

Roaches and possible bed bugs. Saw at 5 am and left immediately and went home and cleaned everything before it went into my house.

Exceptional

Check in is always super easy as long as you have a valid id. The rooms are decent for the price. Could be cleaned a little better and make sure the shampoo and stuff is full cause sometimes it’s not. And the sheets usually have stains but don’t bother be to the point I wouldn’t stay there. But it definitely could just use better housekeeping.

I. Booked a stay in Florence Ky for 2 nights and I never stayed 1 night. I wanted a refund for 1 nights stay, but booking.com is not giving me a refund for the night I didn't stay there. I only wanted a refund for 1 night because I did getin the bed and I did smoke 2 cigarettes, but I had a smoking room. I didn't do anything else in the room. I have contacted booking.com 5 times and each time it is a different excuse, either they can't reach Super 8 by phone or they are not responding to the emails that they have sent. I have contacted Super 8 by the 800 number and the local number. I have also contacted Super 8 by the email booking.com gave me and Super 8 has responded to my email. So booking.com is not going to refund me my money nor are they willing to book me another stay at Super 8. The last time I called booking.com they put me on hold until the phone hung up. Booking.com is a rip off and they don't care that I am on disability and bearly making it to survive. I will post this on every social media account that I have and post it on Yelo every week until this matter is handled.

We rented seven rooms for our group, there were roaches and filthy beds in every room. The manegment seemed to think it was a surprise but with that much filth it surely vould nit be. We did not stay.

The bed although it had some bugs on it (I sure hope they were not bedbugs) was fairly comfortable. The place is falsely advertised as it says the room comes with breakfast, which it doesn't. The floors were filthy. The place stunk to high Heaven of cigarette smoke etc.

Got charged twice, roach problem in the room
