Not the cleanest place. A little sketchy. Smells weird. It works in a pinch if you trying to save a little cash but might be worth a few extra bucks to stay somewhere that is better taken care of.

Nice check in..was quick and easy Sheets was stained and had cigerette burns in them

It was located next to many restaurants Owner and many others came banging on door last night of stay claiming room wasn't paid for. Was very rude and intimidating.

Nothing at all It’s dirty, roaches everywhere, weird smell in the room, shower was filthy, staff was rude..a/c didn’t hardly work..

There was caution tape just outside the main entrance by a room on the first floor. The lobby was hot no ac turned on at all. When we got to the room opening the door was like getting punched in the face by different odors. I turned on the ac unit and almost threw up everywhere. I looked a little closer and realized that someone had urinated INSIDE the ac unit. I washed my hands very well, went down stairs and they offered me a different room for the night. I declined and asked for a refund since that was the main issue, then I informed them that the bed sheets were all covered in holes bc of someone smoking in there, all of the furniture looked like it was falling apart and missing pieces. The door that separated the next room was broken and looked just as bad. This hotel is not something that should even be offered on any website. Im still waiting on getting a refund!

not one thing i wouldn’t put a homeless person in this hotel it had health and safety violations bed bugs black mold exposed wires in bathroom above shower roach crap all over the room broken rail guards there wasn’t any thing good about this place

They sent an email asking me to fill my info out to pre check in. Did this then when I got there they couldn’t find me (more on this pre check at the end). They finally find my reservation, give us a second floor room (204), even though I requested a 1st floor room for knee issues. The shower had long black hairs around the top of it and there was some black mold above the shower curtain metal strip. There was just random people hanging out in the stairwells that you’d have to ask them to move so you could get to your room, one was walking around outside yelling cuss words after 11pm on night two. My son woke me up during night two at 3am and was covered in bed bug bites and had videos and pics of them on his bed, he developed some bites earlier in the day at the Reds game so we thought mosquito. Nope! We got up and went to check out. The overnight person went to leave a message for the manager to call me about a refund for this mess and they didn’t have any contact info for me (what the hell was the pre check in email for they sent me and I filled out!). I had to give my info again, was told I’d hear from the manager around 9-10am, it’s 2pm and still nothing and have called twice to no answer. This place is horrible and ill do whatever I can to get my money back!

No.towel... no water pressure. Staff was rude. Lady at desk told me they had no towels that night for showers. We had to purchase towels. The drawers were all broken the TV did NOT work. Its was bad.
