Property in disrepair

The staff was friendly but the pool did not open until 4:00 p.m.. the rooms were okay except for the bathroom door which was hard to close and open. Plus the light over the sink did not work

Nice pool! Don't listen to the operator when he says there is a game room, they have five run down crappy games. Whole property is very very dated. Best pool available in the area if you are on a budget. Everything else is sub-par including the hospitality.

I left the hotel in the middle of the night with my children, and when I told them the next morning that they had bedbugs, he could have cared less and told me that I was lying because I didn’t have a picture. They must already know that they have them there to not be concerned

Location The bed and cleanliness was horrific

Everything was clean. The hotel was outdated and the beds were awful.

They had different pools with a hot tub . The arcade was fun and the front desk was very helpful with all my questions Nothing

The mattresses were thin on box springs and we did see ants in one of the rooms’ bathroom. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Wow is all I have to say, unmaintained facility, dirty hot tub, damaged room, has to be front for something.

The pool and hot tub were nice The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We left with our backs hurting. Not enough pillows. Wasn’t very clean.

The staff was nice and understanding The room was not clean, the carpet felt gross on your feet. The pool had peeled spots.

The girls were nice. The man was rude. The beds were not very comfortable. The pool dont open until 4 pm. There is no breakfast. The male manager was very rude when we were leaving. The floor of the pool needs redone. My kids feet were split open from the cracks in the bottom of the pool. The pool was cold.

The hot tub was great! The pool looked a little rough but was good. The room was a little dated but was clean and ok.

Yes, stores close parking good, staff good. The place years ago was top 3 hotels in area. Now not kept up, run down water buckets in halls, very old dirty feel.

Easy to find Old, outdated, too high price for a king room, parking not convenient and kids are loud in the pool area

she said no that's okay. Then she continues to watch us. My sister had a pop she brought down to the pool area which RULES ARE RULES. your not aloud to have them in the pool area she wasn't drinking it just brought it. And their were plenty of other people with drinks in the pool area & hot tub that was actually sitting there drinking them. But soon as we get there we just got into the pool she goes around looking comes up to my sister and asked if it was hers she said yes and got out and through it away. But didn't say anything to other people actually drinking them at the pool area & hot tub. So I just felt we were both targeted the whole time. I've never had this experience before until this year when we went. Don't know if we will be back. And we loved going here every year.

Hot tub and pool Rooms are very run down and run down is an understatement. Beds were probably 50 years old, I slept in a crater, pillows were just as bad. The only thing decent about the place is the pool and hot tub but you can’t even go in the dome till 4pm.

It's convenient Furniture, etc needs updated.
