Comfort Suites Florence I-95

Nice hotel was missing shampoo and conditioner one bar of soap. The pool is not heated the room is. But overall nice stay! Very good price. Didn’t eat breakfast

Unfortunately as I'm walking around in order to make sure my kids are good for the night, I notice there's disgusting stains all over the sofa, the rug had stains, the appliances looked like they haven't been cleaned for a while, the lamps had stains, curtains were ripped, stained. The AC was dirty and filled with dust. It made a loud noise every time it was on. Bathroom vanity looked like it hadn't been touched for a while. Doors were marked with past food stains and other stains. Somehow we made it to the morning. breakfast, was "ok". Staff were nice. But just as we were coming back up before checking out (9:40ish am), the room service ladies had just came out of our room saying that they had already changed out the bed linens and asking us if we were going to lay back down on the beds, what???? Went back inside the room, rooms still the same, just the bed nd towels were switched, We left before check out. NEVER EVER AGAIN! HORRIBLE!

Great hotel and location. Quick overnight trip on the way to Florida and it was a perfect halfway point. Pet friendly is always awesome!

Good midway point for NJ to FL trip

Everything was ok. Nothing to right home about and nothing terribly wrong

Rooms didn’t have towels in them had to call front desk Bathroom were not clean and the bathroom tub did not drain till an hour later Room had an horrible smell in it like it was just painted an hour before they rented it to us. Room was very noisy kids or someone running up and down the hallway. Staff not friendly at all

Clean room. No soap in dispenser nor bath towels left. Room nice, breakfast passable, but could have been better

We stay there frequently on our way to and from Florida. Very nice. Highly recommend.

I came down early so I could beat the rush. a nice person just seemed a bit overwhelmed, she may need help in morning, but I loved the hotel. Thank you

Everything was great. It was comfortable and close to restaurants and clean.

Clean rooms, a quiet environment, and friendly staff. Breakfast could offer more than one meat option and include more fruits or mixed fruit options like strawberries and blueberries.

There is a train that runs on the backside of the property can possibly wake you up.

Clean and great place to stay! I would return.

Breakfast included meat (sausage), cream cheese and eggs. And the coffee was very good. No complaints. Quite satisfactory, in fact.
