Everything was good Nothing

Interesting decor, esp. breakfast room. Our suite was large, quiet, and near elevator (we’re elderly and handicapped). Great breakfast! One of best Comfort Suites we have stayed at in 47 years of traveling north/south NH/FL. Cannot think of a single item we didn’t like!!

Location The room was not clean
-
The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the room. Breakfast was served 45 minutes late, and the coffee was terrible.

Clean facility! The smell,in room and hallway!
-
It was a convenient location off highway. Breakfast was OK. Room had a very strong perfumed odor like it was trying to mask a smell. Sheets were clean. Good for a quick overnight stay while passing through the area.

After a medical emergency in my family this hotel was unable to give me a refund or a credit for the room I purchased.

It was a great stay and the staff was great.
-
The room lacked maintenance. There was a hole in the ceiling, sofa bed was worn and couldn’t sit on it and the AC was old and noisy
-
There was nearby fast food restaurants with in walking distance
-
Staff was amazing and the room was cozy-thank you
-
The staff were extremely nice. The rooms were a bit dated and not so clean to be honest. I had to switch rooms.
-
Very convenient to highway

I’ve been at this location for 3 weeks due to work. The staff is friendly, but for the price this hotel can use some upgrades!! The beds are pretty comfortable but they definitely need new appliances and TVs.
