La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence

We were given room that had a dehumidifier in the center of the room attached to the bathroom sink. The floor was dry but room was very noisy and I had to loop the cord so we wouldn’t trip. When I mentioned it at check out they listened politely then just said thanks.

We have stayed here several times and had nice stays. The bathtub needs updated and the security latch needs to be replaced. Overall our stay was pleasant.

For one night while traveling, this hote filled the bill.

Breakfast Dear [Hotel Management/Customer Support], I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, my experience fell short of expectations due to several issues: - Dog Relief Area: The designated potty area for dogs is situated quite far from the rooms. People with health issues too far from hotel. - Train Noise: A train track is located approximately 500 feet from the hotel. Very long trains passed through late at night—sometimes twice in a single night—and were extremely loud. - Room Accommodations & Amenities: Due to health issues, I required specific room or floor accommodations that could not be met. Additionally, the pool was not open, contrary to expectations. - In-Room Supplies: There were no silverware, bowls, or plates provided in the room. Fortunately, I was able to find plastic forks and bowls downstairs. I hope you can address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. Sincerely, Christine Haymore

The romote control was dirty and taped up to keep the batteries in and there was a long hair on my sheets up by the pillow. I understand things happen but they should get fixed as soon as possible. Its was a good comfortable room and the price wasn't too bad. It could use a little more TLC.

The location was great for my conference. Lots of road noise. Mold on the vent that was on the shower, tub paint peeling off. The bed made loud metallic noise when u sat on it or rolled over on the right side of the bed.

We had to leave for medical appt before breakfast. It looked very good. It was very noisy when we arrived. Was a religious service with drums & loud music. When we returned from dinner it was much quieter. Could hear nothing from our room.

Staff was awesome, most are rude, she was great.no a thing Not a thing.

First room reeked of cigarette smoke in a 100% smoke free property. Second room was not clean. Had to clean the previous persons hair and grunge from the toilet seat. Curtains had mold on them.

Lately I have been disappointed in my motels when I travel. I have to say this one was a great experience. Very clean and comfortable.

We stop here a few times a year on our pilgrimage from NJ to Fl with our dogs. It’s conveniently located, staff is friendly, rooms are clean, bfast in the Am - and it’s very affordable.

It meets my primary needs - convenient, cost effective, clean and friendly efficient staff. The train whistle that blows every night.

Very disappointing stay. At around 6:00 AM, a continuous beeping noise from the room next door woke us up, and when I went to the front desk, there was no one available to help; we were told the front desk employee had gone to sleep and would return in a few hours. In addition, all three towels in our room had hair on them. We had another 10-hour drive ahead of us, and despite reporting everything at checkout and providing a video and photos, the only compensation offered was $20; I also contacted management afterward but never received a response.
