Front desk was really nice and friendly. The King room was not ready so we were assigned two Queen beds room ... not what we really wanted. Pool was nice but did not open until 5pm. Room was mostly clean but we only had ONE serving of coffee in the morning. In addition, the slide in piece for coffee was the wrong size so we could not make coffee in the room. Lastly, the plastic rods to close the curtains were broken so we had to adjust.

I feel like they under staff, because the maintenance and cleanliness is poor.

Very rude night staff. Stains and hair on bed sheets, the floors were greasy, furniture was beat up, chair in room had paint stain. The pictures of the room showed two queen size beds and a sofa bed. Front staff said the pictures are wrong and it’s a room with two queen size beds only. I booked it for 5 people, they expected 3 people to sleep on a queen size beds only. Very disappointed,

The hotel is clearly in need of a renovation. I have photos of our bathroom ceiling above the shower where there was clear and obvious water damage that has been left unattended for far longer than a few days to at least a month. It was unsightly and unnecessary to leave it in that condition. There were also large and long black hairs on the shower curtain that had obviously not been cleaned, at least recently. Lastly, the wood floors were filthy with clearly no attempt to have cleaned them. My wife's feet after walking on the floor for a short period of time in our room were black on the bottom. The floors were disgusting. We stayed at another hotel in Wilmington, North Carolina, also with wood floors in the room. They were clean and no problem. I'm guessing that management will offer the standard we're so sorry, we strive to provide the best customer experience and we take serious customer comments. if that were the case, there would have been no need for me to make these comments here. Hotels.com should be ashamed of having this property among their options. I've been a long time member and don't appreciate this kind of accommodation no matter how much or little I spend for an evening.

Very thin walls. Didn’t want our full room cleaned, just new towels. They didn’t have any. Said we had to wait till end of the day. Went looking late afternoon and finally found 2. We booked a room for 4 people and there were only 3 towels to start with.

Nice hotel. Clean. My only negative was the breakfast had no meat products and I heard everyone else in the dining room complaining about that also. For us we would not book again as we like a full breakfast when traveling.

Room was large Old interior, furniture old and scratched, and my daughter got bitten by bed bugs.

(2) Breakfast was awful. Only offered cream of beef as a meat one morning and it was runny. Cream of beef is not applicable for all guests. (3) Upon my arrival and to the elevator area main floor there appeared to be dog poop. I have visited many cities and different hotels over the years, more and more people bring their pets. Lately I've found guests that don't take care of the living spaces humans move about and their pets or dog barks in their rooms and mess where we move. Hotel hospitality needs to improve information to guest protocol and expectations.

We were told that someone would fix our toilet that didn't work, when we came back on Saturday still not fixed. Staff member said there was NO staff on Saturday to fix toilet

Traveled with family room could have been cleaned floors were slippery like if they haven’t cleaned the floor in months. Checking staff was helpful but the lady in the morning was miserable when I asked a question about the breakfast.

Unfortunately, the employee who checked us in was rude and unfriendly, which made for a poor first impression. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable.
