It was in a great location, friendly staff, and very very clean. No complaints at all
-
Location good Took longer to check out. Young boy at computer at service desk, lady who checked us in the night before walked into room but would not do our check out. The boy’s mother came into the room & desk after several minutes & did the check out but seemed unsure about some some computer steps. Breakfast with okay food provided; spoons needed to eat some items; no napkins provided

The Bed was clean but floors dirty turned my socks black .The air conditioner leaked and smelled, house keeping never showed up to clean room and bring fresh towels.
-
Horrible conditions Invested with Roaches and flies
-
The room needed to have the A/C on medium level. There was a visible gap in the door that you see outside from it. Not a big fan of that. And be sure to add that they have issues with allowing local rest there. We all are not the same. Some of us like a little peace and break from regular norms.

Check-in was great. Staff was friendly. The location was great. Hotel was dirty. Stairs were trashy. dirt was everywhere on the stairs going up to the room. Bed (Comforter) was dirty. The comforter literally had dirty on it. We had to brush it off.

My room wasn't that clean. Floors need moped, stains on sheets, mildew on bathroom ceiling. There was hardly anything at the breakfast bar. It was also very loud throughout the entire night, all 3 night we stayed.
