Tru by Hilton Florence I-95

Used the pool heated room not a heated pool…. But it was great anyway. I will stay again. Nicely priced didn’t have breakfast but smelled delicious!

I like the Tesla charger over night.

Great stay for my family, as we visited for a baseball tournament in the area. Was convenient location near the complex. Continental breakfast was great each day. We enjoyed the pool, and my son really enjoyed playing pool in the lobby. All in all, very pleased with our stay.

The beds were super comfy, A/C was ice cold just how we like it! The hand soap and body wash has an amazing smell and lathered up really well. The staff were super nice, shouts out to Michele she was so sweet and helpful. Breakfast and enough options to choose to not have to spend extra money, every option were so delicious and the toppings were an added plus. I will definitely use this hotel again next year for our family gathering.

Loved everything. My husband and I traveled from NY to Florida and back. This was by far the best hotel we stayed at along the way. The staff went above and beyond to help us (we had some car issues and had to stay an extra night) and make us feel welcome. Loved the pool and all the games to play in the hotel. The outdoor sitting area was relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely will stay here again!

We have stayed in a few Tru on our way to FL n usually their breakfast was wonderful but at this one, it was lacking. Staff during breakfast wasnt attentive. Food was hardly filled or replenished n trash cans around was filled to the top, no where to put our trash when done. Saw a few staffs just standing in the kitchen chit chatting meanwhile trash was full n food was near empty. Other that the lack there of breakfast, place was clean n bed was comfy

Tv did not work Bathroom was out of soap Tub stopped up

Booked an overnight stay July 2026. Right off 95. Clean rooms, safe area. Free breakfast but also Starbucks and plenty of breakfast options open early before getting back to driving.

The staff was awesome. Rooms and grounds were spotless. Breakfast was good, but no pastries.Plenty of parking.

There was very little breakfast not even a waffle or a muffin. The hotel has an odor I didn’t appreciate.

Easy parking, clean room, good breakfast.

The coffee was cold when I left in the morning.

Customer service was great I had a smooth check in and check out the hotel was clean the rooms where very clean the pool water was a lil too cold so we didn’t get in but other then that the stay was wonderful

I had a wonderful time, enjoyed everything

Booked and prepaid through Expedia. Got to hotel and they said they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us and there was nothing they could or would do about it.

This property has a lot of workers..... not as good as others
