Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence

Love it Love it

Room was nice and clean. The front desk guy was so amazingly nice, funny, & helpful. Very affordable & nice place.

Breakfast was basic, but ok.

The area That it doesn’t have a gym but that’s not a deal breaker

Like the clean bathrooms and rooms. Accessible from highway and food and quiet area of the city. The smell from the animal smell on the first floor, which I was placed. Other than that it was fine. Great stay.

Clean room

They used Odoban and there was a smell. I don't know what they were trying to cover up.

Location Breakfast was disappointing, the room had damaged countertops the toilet paper had no holder and sat on the bathroom vanity. We requested a queen size bed and had to sleep on a full size bed with a very uncomfortable hard mattress.

Breakfast was poor. Only thing available was toast. It also closed before scheduled time. Bathroom was in poor condition. Shower didn't drain well. Bath floor was moldy. Tissue holder all rusted. Carpeting needed to be cleaned in room and hallways. Windows were dirty in the room. Alarm clock broken. Stayed here last year and it was much better. Property has gone down hill.

It needs updating It needs updating, very dirty and the carpet needs replacing.

Clean room & modern bathroom sink fixtures, but there was running rust around the shower head. The mattress dipped in the middle. It needs a little bit more upgrading.
