The room that assigned to me is not in good condition. Phone was unplugged and cord was stuck underneath the bed frames. Two of the clothe hangers are broken. I did inform the staff so l will not be charged for these broken items

It's decent for the price and great for a quick night's rest. Overall the room was nice as far as the comfort of the bed and pillows. There was no shower liner however which was weird being that the shower curtain itself had been cut short. Do not expect a breakfast that you'd find at Holiday Inn here. It's very limited so grabbing breakfast elsewhere is your best bet. If I needed to grab a room for a quick layover this is it but definitely not for multiple days. Still an easy 4 out of 5 for me though.

Great Place
-
It was efficient and clean - appropriate for our trip.

The breakfast was nothing to write home about. There was black spots on our bed that when we went to wipe it off it smeared. The TV did work. We were only there for like 9 hours but I had reserved a room again for in a week and I canceled that reservation to stay somewhere else for just $45 more that was significantly nicer.

You get what you pay for. Does the job. Would stay again while driving 95 and need a place to crash for the night.

Room was clean & modern althou toilet was missing a bolt & moved when sitting on it & bedside lamp didn't work as it had a broken bulb & socket. Staff was helpful & friendly. Parking was free with several handicap accessible spots althou no elevator for second floor rooms. Breakfast was almost non-existent as they only offered cereal, oatmeal, apples, oranges, bread, bagels or small muffins, no hot food like eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, waffles, etc. Rooms priced reasonably & bed was comfortable.

The carpet was dirty and look like it hasn't been cleaned in a decade or so and hasn't been replaced since the place was built. The wall was dirty and stained. The bed was very comfortable but the pillow was not.

The staff was great!

The property is older and a little outdated. The design looks like military barracks with green grass in the middle. The was furnished alright, however there was hair on 3 of the 4 pillows on the bed, along with red nail polish on obe one of the pillows, and a red dot on the toilet paper that looked like blood. The area was sketchy, could hear someone talking loud outside, and did not make for a restful stay. Very disappointed considering the hotels surrounding this one all looked better maintained.

Easy check in and out, close to 95, nice staff, place was clean, very good for the money, breakfast was very basic

Nice

From outside, the building is dated, but VERY CLEAN. Seriously, there wasn’t a gum wrapper to be found. The room was also dated but once again, VERY CLEAN. Nice grounds for a casual stroll, nice hot coffee, good continental breakfast…and it was convenient for I 95 travel. Recommended.

The room itself showed significant wear and tear. The carpet was fraying, particularly along the edges, creating both an unattractive appearance and a potential tripping hazard. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, making it difficult to clear humidity after showering. Several lights flickered intermittently, adding to the feeling that maintenance was overdue. The curtains were too short to fully cover the window, allowing outside light to enter the room at night and early in the morning. The entry door had a visible gap at the bottom and was beginning to delaminate, exposing the fiberboard core material inside. Breakfast was very limited, consisting mainly of pastries, cereal, and oatmeal, with few other options available. Overall, the property appears to need significant maintenance and updates. While the staff may have been pleasant, the condition of the room and limited amenities made for an unsatisfactory stay.

Nice management and staff.

Parking was easy but the area we were in the curb was uneven. Made it difficult to step up with poor ambulation.
-
Great hotel if you’re passing through town for a night. I had a long road trip and this was perfect. Great price, clean , hot shower , cold ac , firm bed and quiet. You can’t ask for more than that & right off the highway !!

Location The smell of the room
-
Damp smell in room. Damp rug, damp bedding , towels, and my clothes were damp the next morning! I told front desk about moisture problem in room. Damp carpet made my tennis shoes slip on tile in bath! Dangerous! Carpet wet under air unit. Refrig still has plastic wrap on outside with sign that says to remove it before use. Moisture is causing drawer edges to delaminate.

I wish you would bring back the breakfast you had before COVID.
