Park Inn by Radisson Florence, SC

The room was small but nice @ clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The lobby was bright & inviting. I would suggest a water cooler orather than water fountains as people don’t trust cleanliness of fountains any longer.

The bathroom ceiling was falling down over the shower unit the pictures on Expedia show you a beautiful hotel room and there are so many problems and damage in the rooms.

The hotel and rooms itself were super clean and beds were super comfortable! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and always fresh. We enjoyed our stay, just wish the pool (was not heated while we were there) was a little cleaner and that the hotel would get some much needed updating.

The staff was pleasant during my check-in at the facility. When I asked about the amenities mentioned online, I was informed that I wasn't the first person to inquire and that those amenities were not available. Given the price of the room, the air conditioning should have been on; instead, it was turned off, making the room extremely hot. Additionally, the light in the room did not work properly, and the carpet needed to be replaced. If the room hadn't already been paid for, we would have chosen to go elsewhere. We will not be returning. Furthermore, the breakfast was cheap and terrible, consisting mainly of microwaveable items.staff was pleasant. As I was checking into the facility, I inquired about the amenities that were stated online. I was informed that I was not the first person to ask about the amenities, and they do not have them. For the cost of the room, the air should have been on; instead, the air was turned off, and the room was extremely hot. The light in the room did not work properly, and the carpet needs to be replaced. If the room was not already paid for, we would have gone somewhere else. We will not be returning. Oh, and the breakfast was cheap and horrible. Everything microwave.

After waiting without receiving a call, I contacted the hotel myself at approximately 10:45 a.m. on July 3, 2026. The manager sounded as though she was already aware of the issue and did not express any concern or apology regarding the infestation. she was not willing to take any meaningful action to address it. I found this response completely unacceptable. This is a serious public health hazard. Allowing guests to stay in rooms with a known cockroach infestation puts their health and safety at risk. The hotel's apparent awareness of the problem, combined with its failure to correct it, is deeply concerning. STAY AWAY from this hotel!

The inside pool temperature was very cold. All other amenities were goos

Our stay for the week was nice except the first day the refrigerator wasn’t get cold enough but overall stay was great!!! I would definitely recommend this place for lodging!!

Yes, the breakfast was fresh and varied choices. The room AC did have a bit of difficulty in that it was hard to regulate the room temperature-all on or off.

Great experience! From the time we signed in to the of our departure. Vary according for pets, front desk staff crazy accommodating. They would do their best to work with you. Housekeeping staff respected our wishes of room cleaning. If you needed any towels or trash bags, there where no issues. We can not commit on the morning meals, for we would alway eat out. However the roo.s ARE clean furniture a little run down but over all not a big issue as it comes to the complete stay. YES! We would come back to your hotel...Thank for wonderful experience.

The hotel is tucked away from the interstate and quiet. VERY clean, greeted with a smile when we checked in after midnight. The hotel room was spacious and inviting. The bathroom was a great size, loved the huge shower with glass doors, and zero mold or mildew. Definitely will stay here again soon.
