Park Inn by Radisson Florence, SC

The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The room was smaller than we were expecting but the bed was comfortable. The TV was okay, the guide didn't really work and it was hard to figure out the channels with no explanation. The bathroom was decent, although some of the caulking in the shower could use replacing. The A/C was good and kept the room cool. Breakfast was not exciting but the staff attending to breakfast were very nice. It was what we expected for the price we paid.

I cannot say enough about how helpful the woman at the front desk was! We had to cancel our stay at the last moment and she went above and beyond to help us, working with Expedia to credit us. She did not have to but she did! She was so kind and gracious and I would definitely book here again- great prices!

Spacious and clean room with microwave and safe. Bathroom and shower also were spacious. Pet friendly with small fee. Plenty of well-lit parking. Also lots of choices for dining and coffee are close by. We will definitely consider Park for future interstate travel.

I didn’t like being charged for 2 nights when I only intended to stay 1 night. However, that double charge was imposed by Expedia not the hotel. I also did not want to prepay for my stay. Expedia took the money before I ever showed up at the hotel.

A/C works good Convenience when travel

The room was nice. There was broken stuff in the room on the walls. It was clean. The breakfast lady saw us getting breakfast and took everything away and said it was closed but it was only 9:00am and it closed at 10:00. So not sure what that was about . All in all a nice room for the price.

It is a tucked away gem.

This was our second stay here and as before we enjoyed it very much. The staff and very friendly and helpful. The pillows were a bit lumpy.

We arrived at 1 am. The room was hot and humid. Smelled like moldThe carpet had stains.The mirrors had hand prints. We didnt request to change rooms since the hotel was sold out and we were exhausted since we were just staying for one night.

Nice selection, only negative the banana was soft.

Hotel is pet friendly but needs to maintain the property so that it doesn’t look or smell unmaintained.

Staff was very nice. Unfortunately, my husband and I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night because of a medical emergency, but we enjoyed the hotel.

Convenient room location for managing pets.

My husband has stayed at this property, but this was my first time. Everything about it was great - the room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it's less than 15 minutes from Buc-ee's, which was a huge selling point :) We had two dogs with us and the pet area is a bit small, but it worked fine for our needs. The bathroom in our room was really nice and a good size, so that was an unexpected bonus. Highly recommend!
