Had a problem with extra charges added to my bill. The bill was corrected to my satisfaction. Also needed help with TV. A head maid helped with that I came down from breakfast at 7:15, and had 2 shriveled pancakes waiting. Ugh!

No hand towels or wash cloths in the room. Breakfast was sad.

I have never been freed soup in the evening. Perfect dinner and it was phenomenal every night!!!

no hot water at 6:15, coffee patchers where empty coffee table was disgusting, hotel seems new, property and rooms were clean and orderly but the whole hot water thing in the morning the manager was supposed to call we called twice. None of our calls were returned so this hotel is a thumbs down for terrible management if nothing else.

The staff was great and the room was clean! Great pit stop on our way to Disney!

I was charged a lot more at checkout. Something like $24 in taxes rather than the quoted approx $12. Check out fees.

Better mattressea and pillows. Bother were very soft, unsupportive and uncomfortable.

The bathroom had zero soap in the containers and the shampoo wasn’t even in the bathroom. The breakfast was very poor- there was hardly anything the worst breakfast layout I have ever been too.

8 am and there was no eggs, no meat. Only cereal. Refill for the coffee took an hour.
