Stayed for a reunion. Staff was ok not too friendly or unfriendly. Check in was smooth but we weren’t told that rooms would not be cleaned. Staff says signs were posted in our room but if we had known prior we would’ve chose another hotel. Check out was smooth except for your staff ( African American Female) cursing while complaining to another coworker in front of customers and their grandchildren. Next year we plan to go back to the Hilton next to you.

It was hard to see the entry to the hotel from the road. Inside, it was not immediately obvious how to find the elevator. The hotel looked old with narrow hallways and low ceilings. The counters on the desk, tables, and shelves had been cleaned but there was a sticky residue that caused us to avoid using them. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn. The room had plenty of space and was clean. The staff was friendly and they had a lot of options at breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a bad experience earlier the same day with another hotel canceling my reservation. Everyone at this hotel were wonderful and very helpful.

Breakfast was OK. I was expecting a bigger variety each morning (though on arrival, I didn't know what to expect - same as with other hotels that serve breakfast.

Room was very clean. A/C had been put at a cooling temperature. Bed was excellent. Slept all night. Shower in the morning was very hot! All around great stay.
