Hilton Garden Inn Florence

The staff, with the exception of those in the dining area were NOT friendly at all. There might have been a leak on the floor we were on because the floor had multiple fllor dryers. The front desk was not friendly at all when I checked in, and almost had a little bit of an attitude, In addition, we had to use the service elevator to get up and down the floors since their elevators were out of service, One of the most horrible stays I've ever experienced,

I used to love this hotel and stayed here many times even during the renovation but I have nothing good to say about this trip!! The way to get to the service elevator was scary!!! My coffee maker or refrigerator didn’t work The gym was being renovated The fire alarm went off

Beautiful new room, friendly staff and great breakfast Still renovating so elevator worked off and on.

Breakfast should be included but otherwise great hotel/ great staff/ great experience

Key pad needed new battery and maintenance was nice and helpful. Elevators not working so had to use staff elevators. You could hear every sound in hall and adjacent rooms. Room was clean but hotel as a whole was very dated.

The hotel is under renovation and that was not disclosed prior to making reservations. The pool was not accessible and our meeting was relocated to another hotel.
