I think The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice that they have kitchenware and the buffet was quite good with a wide selection of options.

We did not even stay there. The first room had trash on the lamp and still in the garage can. The front desk was nice. And tried to give us another room. It was just a bad and dirty. We never even off loaded the cart. We went and got another hotel.

Great room, breakfast, pool and all staff. Did not wish for anything different.

The hotel offered a great selection of breakfast each day however they did not provide enough quantity for their guests. Each day there was a shortage of one or more items that were provided for breakfast.

Room was modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast was ok. We booked a 2 bedroom room, which had 2 bathrooms. Parking was good and well lit. Staff were very nice. Would stay again!

The room was very comfortable and clean. Another chair would have been nice to be able to use the table effectively for a meal. The complimentary breakfast was a disappointment compared to offerings from similar properties.

The hotel was extremely noisy with kids running around. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had to listen to people jumping off the furniture over top of us for hours. Zero sleep for us.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff was professional and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, especially the accommodations rooms. I have mobility issues and could get around the room with ease. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a nice place to lay their head while traveling, to stay at the Townplace.

I had an awful experience even though I had my confirmation from Expedia and they swore that it was not in their system, and we had tickets to an event and they delayed us in getting to the venue on time!
