Red Roof Inn Florence - Civic Center

Room was kind of small, bathroom had mold where the caulking was around in the bath tub and around counter top where sink was, floor was sticky. Bed was awful. Ceiling needed painting, could tell it was suppose to be white but wasn't. Toilet seat was broke. And the best part NO Hot Water!! It was like Warm! It was 4 th of July and tried getting another room elsewhere but couldn't.

My bed was sunken in, the room stunk and I lost my money because I made a mistake and booked 2 rooms on the same date

It s clean and friendly staff! Love stay there and I feel safe there.

The accommodations matched the price point, and I felt I received good value for the money. The hotel could use a little TLC, yet I’d still consider it a solid choice for a future visit.

Close to the civic center People live there running up down stairs making noise most the night.. I recommend staying elsewhere

The staff was friendly. The property was in very nice condition. Neighborhood was safe.

We never stayed the night... left immediately after checking in. The room was horrible and dirty. Dont waste your money
