Nothing Bugs infested!!!

Everything was very comfortable and clean. The air was extremely cold and I slept good. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location, and the staff. Location

I booked three rooms and all three rooms were extremely dirty, there were holes in the walls, mold growing on the ceilings, dead roaches in the light,the room smelled like dog pee and cigarettes, urine stains on the walls in the bathrooms, the light above the sink didn't work, the toilet was leaking, no remote for the TV and it wasn't until the day before checkout when they decided to change my room. This experience was terrible I will never book a stay here ever again I am disappointed that I even chose to spend my hard earned money on such a filthy place

Horrible experience and stay they had to switch my room 4 times me and my family paid for 3 rooms for 2 nights they have roaches in the lights water stains through the ceiling and roof of the room the toilet was flooding one of the rooms they put us in and their where stains on the sheets my skin broke out in hives I had to take Benadryl my whole stay in the room there was a huge hole in the wall they tried to cover it was a chair in room 105 The air conditioner in the last two rooms didn’t blow out cool air the tv didn’t work the toilet and tub had rust stains it was a horrible experience the guest service there was horrible as well they didn’t care to accommodate properly they just give you whatever and take your money that please need to be renovated as soon as possible I could believe each room they put us in especially being I have a new born baby until the renovate their rooms I will never spend money there again I have tons of photos but can’t share all

Nothing especially the staff on night shift he invaded my privacy and put me in harm’s way very unprofessional I don’t stay at nothing but Hilton hotels where I’m a Hilton honor member my money wasn’t right or I shall say I didn’t want to spend my money cash I was just helping out a family member who is not so well put together July 15-17 I was supposed to stay only stayed one night I got charged for two nights I want night person on that date to be fired and the morning person supervisor ms.Teresa I hated everything nosey neighbors giving out about me my location who I had with me

When I checked out they would not return my deposit stating that the room smelled of smoke(mind you the first room had cigarettes and all In it) never smoked in the room only outside in which the lady says oh you can't smoke outside either this by far was the worst hotel ever to hit Florence county

Close the restaurants Desperately needs upgraded the light at the sink had to flip the switch three or four times for it to come on floors were sticky hotels just ran down needs a major overhaul
