Home2 Suites by Hilton Florence, SC

The complimentary breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Compared to the Home2 Suites in Hagerstown, MD, where we’ve stayed many times, the selection and quality were noticeably weaker. That said, this hotel was still far better overall than the Home2 Suites in Summersville. Our experience there was a complete disappointment, while the Florence location provided a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff. Overall, I would stay here again for an overnight stop because of the cleanliness, friendly service, and convenient location.

They were very accommodating after we had just left another hotel that was terrible. The rooms are nice. The breakfast was fine.

I booked 2 king studio suite rooms to accommodate my family (3 adults and 3 children) while traveling, one room was very nice, clean and spacious while the room next door seemed not quite as spacious and though it was clean, it had an awful wet dog smell.

Good location and well maintained but first night was terrible and not the hotels fault. Room next to me had a baby that was obviously suffering and cried non stop. Walls were thin enough to hear the crying all night and into the next day. I asked for another room and staff informed me they had left so I stayed in the room. I’m saying this only because of how well the noice traveled. Definitely a good idea to ask for the free ear plugs they have available.

We had an uneventful night which is amazing and we were able to rest on our road trio to Florida from New York. The wonderful woman at the desk at checkout was a delightful breath of fresh air to send us off on the second half of our trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel to stay at

I really apreciate the available parking. The entrance was welcoming and the availability of the hand carts for luggage was a plus. Check inn was so easy. We were inn our room within 5 minutes from approaching the desk. Staff are excellent and very helpful. The room was so clean and fresh. Breakfast was absolutely a hit. The egg bites, bagels, coffee, ets were so yummy and refreshing.

The hotel was clean, the front desk staff was great, the breakfast wasn't great at all has to be better in opinion. Other than very good hotel.

The staff was friendly. Very clean rooms. We always stay at Hilton hotels rooms when traveling.

Room was clean, but smelled like a dog. The breakfast options were not good, the staff wasn’t prepared for all the people eating and they ran out of food quickly. I more than likely will not stay there again.
