Always a great experience.

Very clean.

Nice decor, and facilities in general. Though we had our confirmation that showed paid in full there was some issue with virtual cards so though we prepaid we had to pay again ($500+) and wait to be reimbursed from Booking.com. We’re still waiting (over a week later). There was an open bottle of water in the fridge from a previous guest that was undiscovered in the cleaning process. The “breakfast” was one item plus coffee, juice, and water. I don’t really consider that “breakfast.”

Clean room and convenient location.

Check in was delayed around a hour.

The property was clean and the room was clean and comfortable.

new hotel - modern decor The sink leaked, the shampoo a conditioner were empty, almost ran out of toilet paper. The men's room in the lobby was almost out of toilet paper ad was out of paper towels. Housekeeping left my room door open.

Also the worst coffee I’ve ever had, full of coffee grounds and the worst croissants,they were like cardboard and inedible

New, modern and very spacious. Nothing

It was amazing experience from the check in to check out. In a long distance relationship; I come to Florence frequently, very easily my new favorite hotel when I come to visit my better half. Loved everything

Location Rooms could have been cleaner. I found hairs in bathroom and the floor were dirty along the walls and in corners of bathroom and shower

This was the worst hotel I have every stayed in. The room was not clean and after several complaints to front desk staff nothing was done. Until I had to go get a broom and vacuum from a house keeper and do it my self. They also left my door open to my room. I would give it zero stars if I could. Please dont book this hotel!

Shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out on to tile floor.

Everything was good

Checked in at 11:30 at night and had to run down to the front desk 3 times to find out why the key wasn’t working…very frustrating Finally after the 3rd time trying with new sets of keys, I asked the front desk lady to go up and check out the keys.. The door lock was malfunctioning and I had to get another room.

Maybe have muffins etc out for very early departure Water pressure in rm 425 was poor. Better refrigerator would be great!

We did not have towels in our room when we arrived. Had to ask for them

Staff in evening and morning were very nice. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Although it was a short stay, the room was worth every penny! We booked a room with two queen beds and was only provided with two bath towels...we had 3 guests and the room should sleep 4.
